GoogleReally smooth experience, from enquiry to viewing to completion! Yasmin was very professional and friendly. The whole process is so much easier these days, all online, and we found it much less stressful than in the past. GoogleI initially looked at a property on line and contacted your selves and spoke to Scott Ives who informed me that the flat was sold STC so I asked him to let me know if a similar unit in the same block came free to ring me. 3 weeks later he rang me to say the flat I wanted was back on the market and was I interested. Great joy of joys, I met him the same day on site and made an offer which was accepted. Thanks to Scott and his great memory and his due diligence to detail I am now happily looking forward to moving in within a few weeks to my dream home. 5 stars are not enough for the guy. Thank you Scott for all the personal attention along the way.

GoogleHighly recommend Cubit & West Crawley as they were incredibly helpful with my property purchase. A huge shout out to Nichole who went above and beyond in helping this go through! As a first time buyer, it can sometimes be overwhelming especially with delays and impediments that can derail the purchase. Nichole took ownership and was extremely patient, kind and supportive, answering any question and really taking the lead in chasing progress and providing insight into the whole process. After struggling for a long time to sell our property, we changed agent to Cubitt and West and she was able to attract offers almost straight away. Communication was great; was always available to chat on the phone and all emails were responded to impressively quickly. GoogleI was very glad to have chosen Cubitt & West to help sell my house in Crawley -- their professionalism and friendly service were impeccable and was also very pleased in using their photographer as the pictures and virtual tour were of such a high standard that my property, though small, attracted lots of interest and viewings. This is my first property sale and thus was a learning curve for me -- so I wish to convey my many thanks to Christine and Scott for their patience, kindness and help in dealing with my many questions on the phone. But a big special thank you to the lovely Nichole the Senior Sales Manager who ultimately was involved with the sale of my property and kept me up to date upon each stage of the sale. -- and when the odd problem or delay cropped up; which variably happens with conveyance solicitors, her calming, reassuring and knowledgeable voice put me at ease. GoogleWhilst I didn’t end up needing Cubitt and West’s services, I can’t fault how helpful Nichole was. I am selling a shared ownership property and was struggling to find a buyer through the housing association. My deadline became very short due to new applications on properties I was trying to move to. Nichole talked me through everything she could do for me, gave me realistic expectations and could not have been more helpful. She wasn’t at all pushy, and made me feel entirely comfortable and confident. As it happened, on the same day I spoke with Nichole, my housing association did find a buyer so I didn’t need to proceed but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nichole in an instant. Estate agents can get a bit of a bad reputation but but I can confidently say that that reputation is entirely undeserved here.

GoogleAfter 6rs of managing a rental property myself I decided when the last tenants moved out to go through an estate agent and go fully managed, after meeting with 2 different agents I decided to go with C&W and dealt with Lauren Raycraft. Lauren was great to deal with, answered all my questions, gave great feedback on how I could maximise rental on the property by doing some work in the void period, and had found new tenants within 4 days of it going on the market. I would highly recommend both Lauren and C&W.
