After 6rs of managing a rental property myself I decided when the last tenants moved out to go through an estate agent and go fully managed, after meeting with 2 different agents I decided to go with C&W and dealt with Lauren Raycraft. Lauren was great to deal with, answered all my questions, gave great feedback on how I could maximise rental on the property by doing some work in the void period, and had found new tenants within 4 days of it going on the market. I would highly recommend both Lauren and C&W.

Liam at Cubitt & West Crawley was exceptional during the valuation of my property. Compared to 3 different estate agents, he was a lot more informative, had definately done his research and evidenced the current market and provided understanding of the services they could provide. He was so polite and friendly, I would truly recommend Cubitt & West. I have used Cubitt -west twice now and on both occasions they were very professional if they said they were going to do something they did it . They seemed to get our house and understood our needs . We were very happy with our service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them . The first time we used Cubitt-west we sold and bought and Nicole Holland was extremely helpful And professional and gave great guidance. When I was buying she seemed to know exactly what I wanted so much so that I only look at one house before putting in an offer which was excepted. Now I am helping my Dad sell his house Darren Campbell is helping us he seemed to get my Dads house and it’s value Darren has gone above and beyond in helping us getting the house ready to sell .
