I recently had the pleasure of working with Cubitt & West and their amazing agent, Sophie Charman, to secure a rented apartment in Crawley. From start to finish, Sophie made the whole process seamless and pop stress-free. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Sophie was always available to answer my questions, provide updates, and offer invaluable advice. She went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed, and her friendly, approachable attitude made working with her a truly positive experience. I’m extremely grateful for the support and guidance provided by Sophie and Cubitt & West. Thanks to them, I’m now happily settled in my new home. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent in the area.

I highly recommend Cubitt & West for anyone looking to sell their property in Crawley. I switched over to them after 6 months with a bigger estate agent after being frustrated and disappointed with their service, marketing and lack of communication. Nichole and her team from Cubitt & West were the complete opposite. They were very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole process. They gave me honest advice, arranged viewings quickly and within a few weeks I had accepted an offer. They also handled the sale smoothly and kept me updated regularly. Their fee was higher but worth every penny. I am very happy with the outcome and appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thank you, Cubitt & West!

Really smooth experience, from enquiry to viewing to completion! Yasmin was very professional and friendly. The whole process is so much easier these days, all online, and we found it much less stressful than in the past. Love the no deposit option, and the regular check ins from Yasmin while we waited for move in day. Happy customers! 😊

I initially looked at a property on line and contacted your selves and spoke to Scott Ives who informed me that the flat was sold STC so I asked him to let me know if a similar unit in the same block came free to ring me. 3 weeks later he rang me to say the flat I wanted was back on the market and was I interested. Great joy of joys, I met him the same day on site and made an offer which was accepted. Thanks to Scott and his great memory and his due diligence to detail I am now happily looking forward to moving in within a few weeks to my dream home. 5 stars are not enough for the guy. Thank you Scott for all the personal attention along the way.

Highly recommend Cubit & West Crawley as they were incredibly helpful with my property purchase. A huge shout out to Nichole who went above and beyond in helping this go through! As a first time buyer, it can sometimes be overwhelming especially with delays and impediments that can derail the purchase. Nichole took ownership and was extremely patient, kind and supportive, answering any question and really taking the lead in chasing progress and providing insight into the whole process. For anyone looking to buy or sell, would highly recommend working with C&W as they truly do put you first. Thank you very much for everything and Nichole is one of the best!

Delighted with the service we received. Nichole was brilliant and couldn't have done any more to help us. After struggling for a long time to sell our property, we changed agent to Cubitt and West and she was able to attract offers almost straight away. Communication was great; was always available to chat on the phone and all emails were responded to impressively quickly. I will certainly be in contact with Nichole whenever I look to buy/sell again. Thanks again for all of your help!

We are so pleased with the support and services received from Cubitt & West estate agents in Crawley. Specifically A big thank you to Nicole. Buying a house is nerve wrecking, especially for first time buyers. Nicole managed the whole experience with efficiency. We are grateful for her patience, care and dedication to get the purchase through in good time. If you want great service to the very end with an agent that will understand and manage everyone's expectations, then she is the agent I will recommend every time. Thank you from grateful new home owners. Stephan and Miriam.

I was very glad to have chosen Cubitt & West to help sell my house in Crawley -- their professionalism and friendly service were impeccable and was also very pleased in using their photographer as the pictures and virtual tour were of such a high standard that my property, though small, attracted lots of interest and viewings. This is my first property sale and thus was a learning curve for me -- so I wish to convey my many thanks to Christine and Scott for their patience, kindness and help in dealing with my many questions on the phone. But a big special thank you to the lovely Nichole the Senior Sales Manager who ultimately was involved with the sale of my property and kept me up to date upon each stage of the sale. -- and when the odd problem or delay cropped up; which variably happens with conveyance solicitors, her calming, reassuring and knowledgeable voice put me at ease. The property at the end with their help sold for a good price and I am now settled in my new home in leafy Shropshire. Thank you again Nichole and all at Cubitt & West in Crawley. Rodney XXX

Whilst I didn’t end up needing Cubitt and West’s services, I can’t fault how helpful Nichole was. I am selling a shared ownership property and was struggling to find a buyer through the housing association. My deadline became very short due to new applications on properties I was trying to move to. Nichole talked me through everything she could do for me, gave me realistic expectations and could not have been more helpful. She wasn’t at all pushy, and made me feel entirely comfortable and confident. As it happened, on the same day I spoke with Nichole, my housing association did find a buyer so I didn’t need to proceed but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nichole in an instant. Estate agents can get a bit of a bad reputation but but I can confidently say that that reputation is entirely undeserved here.

Aden made our experience of moving for the first time so easy and worthwhile. He was always available for any questions we had and always made sure we were 100% happy with everything that was happening. I know the moving process can be stressful but we can honestly say that Aden made it a wonderful experience and we couldn’t have been happier with the service he gave us!

I can't say enough about Sophie and Abagail.I have a portfolio of properties with another agent for 20 years. It has been a struggle recently with their staff turnover so I went to Cubitt. Within a few days my property had been let but more importantly the proffessionalism stood out. Awesome.! Perfect communication and knowledgeable about the rules and market. Just what I needed. Am moving over as my properties become vacant.Thank you both. You have a great future with any business you serve.
