I was a tenant in one of their properties. The flat was handed over to me in a poor order. The chair was broken and fitted with some glue that didn't last for a month. The curtains were stained. They charged me for the broken chair and curtain stains. They mentioned the flat was equipped with a storage heater, however, it was not a storage heater, just a normal one, so the energy bill went too high. I stayed in the apartment only for 6 months and they charged almost half of my security deposit. I would not recommend Whitegates for tenants.

GoogleI was very impressed with the Friendly Service Provided. I have had the pleasure of interacting with two generations at Whitegates Coventry. Fourteen years ago for Rental Arrangements and earlier this year for Sale Services. The entire team is Committed, Approachable and very Friendly and always happy to help or get things sorted for you. GoogleNic was really helpful during the whole process, along with John, and made sure everything was really quick. Though I wasn't in Coventry to deal with Whitegates face to face, they made everything so simple with online signatures for the lease. Brilliant!

GoogleHighly unproffesional, they will try to find any reason to deduce from the deposit(In my case I was accused of being responsible for a pigeon nest on the balcony made after I had already left the property)
Your tenancy ended 3 weeks after you had left the property. You were responsible for the property until the end of the tenancy term, not the date you chose to leave.
