Googlewe have experienced excellent service from whitegates . when we decided to move from the rented property the transition was extremely smooth and our payments were made in time . When I hear people having issues with estate agents , I think I was lucky to be associated with whitegates because it was great dealing with them . I would recommend whitegates to anyone looking for rented acco.

Despite my best efforts and previous communication, we are still at a loss as to what we did wrong. We did not manage the tenancy and had very little to do with you after you moved in. We do not recognise what you have stated. When I contacted you regarding this review, you advised me that I should review email communications between yourself and a member of staff relating to changing the contract. You also implied that the inventory description was overly positive. I read the communication between my colleague and yourself and found it to be polite and business like. The inventory description clearly represented the condition of the property 'warts and all' and stated the imperfections within the property. It was a fair reflection. As discussed, perhaps you may consider a more objective review rather than using such emotive and subjective language. It would be far more helpful.

GoogleBeen waiting 2 weeks to view an property! They gave to another customer ! Just wasted my time! Shame …
Karzan arranged a viewing for a flat and in the meantime we have received an application from another applicant who viewed the flat last week. That person has now paid a holding deposit. We gave him three days notice that we had to cancel the viewing and he became abusive, using disgusting language. As agents we do not reserve properties based on the fact that somebody has only arranged a viewing despite his expectations!! Furthermore, we will not engage with clients who use abusive language. Based on his infantile reaction/conduct, it looks like our client had a lucky escape! We have done nothing wrong at all and this is a good example as to why Google Reviews are often totally unreliable.

GoogleFriendly and he’s working staff, have let my house through then for 4 years and never had a problem. I’m contacted whenever there’s a fault at the flat and am in regular contact about all matters that requirement attention. Furthermore, my flat has been rented pretty much every day since I let it with them. Would definitely recommend above all others.

GoogleWhitegates have managed my properties for several years now and myself and all the tenants we have had have always been exceptionally pleased with the service they offer. They offer a very professional service and always deal with any issues immediately. The staff are all exceptionally well trained -they are obviously a happy and experienced team I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleThe only decent estate agent I've dealt with. It wasn't perfect, but for estate agents standards I was very satisfied - quick with dealing with issues and maintenance, fair, no trouble getting our deposit returned and didn't try to take our deposit from us for ridiculous things. Made our uni life easier during our final year.

GoogleI currently let one of my properties through Whitegates Coventry and have found them to be very proficient over the past 2 years. After a very high number of viewings I was able to choose the ideal tenants! And have had no trouble since. I would highly recommend them and would say they are very competent at what they do.

GoogleWhitegates of Coventry are superb for landlords. We have used them for over 10 years and find that they can be relied on to give us the service we pay for. Void periods are also kept to the minimum so they are cost effective. Good people to work with...you can trust them
