I was so relieved and please with how easy it was through urbansalesandlettings to do it yourself. This meant avoiding frustrating conversations with estate agents, who in my experience were not altogether reliable or trustworthy. It was easy, the advice on the phone was good and the people really friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone fed up with estate agents and wanting to rent out their place themselves their way!

I don't understand why people use high street agents anymore specially as they just list properties on right move and zoopla and sit down and wait for tenants to contact them. So don't waste your money with agents and use websites like this to find your next property. Urban is more expensive than others so I wish they reduce their prices accordingly. Otherwise great company to deal with.

Urban Lettings is the gateway to those sites for a private landlord like myself, plus they provided all the necessary services like floor plans, and and energy checks/certification to make it as easy as possible for me to find the right tenants quickly.

A great set up that works really easily. It's much cheaper than going to the traditional estate agent so if you are happy to organise and manage viewings this is definitely the way to go. This is the second time I have used this company. I have found tenants very very quickly. Easy to use website. Friendly customer service and advice. Terrific value for money. Compared to this service, high street letting agents are a complete rip off. Most charge 3 to 4 weeks rent just to find a tenant. Using this company I got my tenants at a fraction of that price.

I’ve been using Urban to advertise rental for the past four years. They are always a pleasure to work with. The service is professional and timely, and the charge is honest and fair. Wouldn’t want to go back to deal with some of the high street agencies who would offer a higher rental price to get your business and only to mark it down afterwards.
