All round great company, i've been using Urban for a few years now and have always found good tenants for my London based portfolio quickly. I opt for the package that does referencing which is efficient. The one time I had issues with the referencing the staff were very helpful and had everything resolved within a matter of hours for me. In general the staff are really helpful and impressively responsive on email. I have used similar companies in the past but Urban are in my opinion the best when it comes to value for money and great customer service.

I have used this service to let my flat several times now and I always receive lots of good enquiries. I find the quality of the enquiries to be much better than those I have previously received from local paper adverts. I have saved thousands of pounds in fees by not using a high street letting agent and I would recommend this company to other landlords. I think it's better to deal directly with the potential tenants in any case so you can make your own judgement about their suitability. I only use the basic service as I like to do my own referencing and contract so can't comment on the other services.

I travelled 2 and a half hours to view a property and the agent never showed. Rang her up to be told we had arranged to meet at a different time, which we definitely did not and then told me the property had gone anyway. Nobody rang me to say the property was no longer available. Terribly unprofessional.

The whole process was straightforward and painless....from initially finding out about Urbansales&lettings to advice about taking property off the market. Apart from a slight delay in going live and getting a for sale board - but that was mainly because Easter fell in the middle....advice has been good, they are easily contactable and the whole experience was well worth the small amount spent in comparison to what this could have cost me via a traditional estate agent.

I received an offer above the asking price within 3 weeks of putting my flat on the market, as a result of their adverts on rightmove, and sold it to that buyer. I would not go back to the old way of estate agents. I found this process much more efficient. You can edit your descriptions change photographs yourself etc and they are changed on rightmove a couple of hours later. You can have immediate communication to speak to potential buyers etc - it really speeds up the whole process.Urban were very polite, professional and always there to help. I will use them again in the future.

sometime January, No pictures uploaded as work not finished. Picture of outside posted and floor plans. Your company then sorted out the referencing for me and my tenants are moving in on 14th February a time mutually convenient for me and my lovely new tenants. An excellent way to let a property and you get to choose the tenants! Would use Urban lettings again

We've got plenty of requests and it's the only way i found to be on RightMove if you're not an agency. And we found the new tenants through RightMove.

Urban were fantastic. I used them when renting out my house and they were very responsive, even sending tenancy agreements and making amendments over a bank holiday weekend! Entire process from advertisement, through tenant checks, agreement and key handover took 1 week!! I moved into a rental property and the landlord used another well known online agency and we had lots of problems with them so I certainly recommed Urban very highly.

Over 95% of enquiries are generated via websites such as Rightmove and Zoopla where tenants and buyers enter their details themselves. Unfortunately sometimes the tenant or buyer may make a typing error and as they have entered their details themselves there is nothing we can do about this. This is not an issue that is unique to us though, any agent would have the same issue with a lead generated in this way.
