This is the 2nd time I used urban. I let my property within 1 month. I had to change prices and photos few times to attract applicant. Finally let the price I wanted. Urban only charge fixed fee. So you do not worry about any changes you do. I have saved lot of money using urban. Great and excellent service. Urban is the best online agent!!

We can upload the pictures and description - advertise the property - when it is let we save the info so next time we want to advertise it: we just click it back on!

We've used Urbansalesandlettings to advertise two flats in the last three months, and we've been really impressed with the usability of the online system, and the service provided by USL - especially the text and email alerts and friendly, professional follow up by USL personnel. Adverts for both flats generated strong interest, and are both now filled. We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Total no brainer to save yourself thousands on Estate agent commission. We went for the cheapest package as we were confident to take our own pictures and host our own viewings. But Urban offer a range and can be as involved as you need them to be. Always on hand and willing to help - we've been impressed and wouldnt hesitate to use them again!

I was concerned that it would be some sort of scam or that I would not get any enquiries but actually the advert goes on several sites including rightmove etc and so it is equally as effective as conventional high street estate agents with the bonus that you don't have to pay the latters exhorbitant fees! I used gumtree also but this generated hardly any enquiries.

The website was very easy to use and enabled me to advertise the property in the way that I wanted to. It was reasonable value, and as a bonus, I had lots of enquiries and three sets of people wanting to rent the property. It was also easy to pause the listing and to take it offline. I will use the service again.

We have booked viewings to suit us , and we've had far more enquiries house than we did last year when we tried 2 "high street " agents to sell our house. The cost is a fraction of a "high street agent" and they are only a phone call away for any query you may have . Fantastic service oh and the photographer was brilliant!

I chose Urban.co.uk, due to cost. It is much cheaper than using an actual estate agent. The downside is you have to do the viewings yourself, but we didn't mind this and Urban field all calls and messages to you. We received both texts and emails about enquiries and arranged viewings from them. All in all a good service and i would use again.

I selected a package which included referencing 2 tenants. This was done accidentally as I normally do the referencing myself. However, upon realising my error the team was quick to offer a refund. In the end I decided to use their referencing anyway (just to give it a go since it was already paid for), which was quick and efficient. Overall good quality service.
