Great service, friendly, knowledgable and intelligent staff who actually do what they say they are going to do straight away. Very speed, responsive service. Such a pleasant change from High Street estates agents. This the second rental property I’ve let through Urban and I will certainly use them again, next time I’m looking for new tenants.

I have used these several times now, found them to be efficient, and very cost effective, you can not go past them for value for money.

urbansalesandletting are great and the staff are very efficient at their job, i receive a text and an e-mail instantly when i have someone interested in renting my property, i even get remarks from the viewers saying how quick they received a reply for viewing the property. I only use this company and would recommend them to anyone.

I researched this concept quite heavily before I took the plunge. I went with them as they had the best reviews and were priced most competitively. The product worked and I sold my house within a month. I worked out that I saved around four thousand pounds selling through them. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable.

I have used this company several times to advertise my properties for let. Its very easy to complete on line and the communication from Urban Lettings is second to none. What a great service and a great team of people assisting you all the way through the letting process. I will definitely use Urban again and would recommend all landlords to join them to make huge savings and achieve much better service than the one offered by those arrogant , overpaid and incompetent agents!!!
