I saw a property for rental and rang the contact number, no response, not even a voicemail service to leave a response. Left a nessage on their message/ contact page of their website - no response there.

I had advertised my property myself for 3 months but could not use some of the websites and decided to try something new. I gave urbansales a go and let the property within a few weeks via them although it was on two other main sites. So proof in the pudding.

Honestly, for the price, I was blown away. Very easy to use, my property was on rightmove within 24 hours as promised. I received texts and emails straight away about people wanting viewings and my property was let within 2 days. for £69, you can't really say better than that.

All the online agents advertise on all the main sites. Urban.co.uk is no different here. However, where they excel is with personal service. You can phone and speak to a person every time. The staff are always very helpful, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

I used USL for the first time. I found new tenants in three weeks. All I did was uploading my property details, and within hours the details were on major websites and inquiries started to come in immediately. Excellent communication and prompt response. I will definitely use them again.

I can't understand why anybody would use a high street agent anymore. Urban do an excellent job for a fraction of the price, they are efficient, polite and have great customer service. I intend to use them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Simple, clear professional service. Excellent, we are very grateful. My only suggestion would be get an 'under offer' sign option. The property was advertised on the tues. by sat I had 11 viewings. By mon i was under offer at full asking price. We exchanged 1 month later.
