Got the advert on all the leading websites within a day ! And had a tenant signed up within a further three days ! So great service for around just £60.00 The local estate agent wanted to charge £600.00. Won't be using them again.

I have used their service 4 times in last three years and has not taken me longer than 3 weeks to find a tenant. Quicker and cheaper than letting agent if you don't bother to show tenants around the property. I will recommend it.

Very good price, very honest and an easy experience. I had my apartment for sale with 2 different agents and they were terrible. I sold using Urban for £2,000 cheaper. The other online agents were poor in comparison.
