We took out one of their basic tenancy plans and we couldn't have dealt with a nicer bunch of people. Everyone was exceptionally helpful, we called often to ask various questions and every time, without fail they were positive, friendly and informative. They rented our flat almost immediately for us.

Despite my initial reservations about trying an online company, i was very pleasantly surprised. I found a buyer within a month and I enjoyed showing the house myself opposed to an estate agent as I know all the best bits my property had to offer. Good company and friendly and helpful staff.

I've been using this service for years. Very helpful and professional for landlords who are self motivated and confident managing tenants themselves. Everyone finds properties on Rightmove these days, so the value of the traditional third party property agency is diminished. This is the way forward in my opinion.

Simply appalling. Tenant reference gave wrong address, no credit check and no employment details still they passed them as acceptable. Rung five times with no answer when I finally got. T through they cut me off. Steer clear.
