I entered one of the branches in southsea and was looking for a house to rent for next year. I was asked about my budget and specifications for the house and was immediately shown houses. I chose the ones that interested me and booked viewings. The viewings were booked on the spot and it was such a quick process, I think it took 15 minutes in total. The agents got back to me in case I was interested in one of the houses, which was quite professional, and something I do not experience often when interacting with agents.

Great customer service - always on the end of the phone to answer any queries. Friendly and efficient. Very easy to register, booked photographer (who also did the floor plan), put the sign outside and ready to go live within days. Can't fault anything and the cost compared to the high street makes this way of selling a property a no-brainer.

Complete lack of customer service. They don't reply to emails or answer their phones. How can they run an estate agents with zero communication. I will avoid properties advertised by this company as the landlord must be as bad.

We were slightly dubious about using an online company but thought it was worth the £400 gamble.........it was well worth it for the money we saved. The photos were fantastic . All the staff were very professional and answered all our queries very promptly. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company and will certainly use them again should we ever sell again!

Getting my property online was quick and easy. It was simple to make changes to the ad. I had a lot of interest in my latest property and it was let in about 10 days to the first viewer. Efficient service and good value for money. I have used this company before a few times and would use them again.

The worst real estate agents I have ever seen! I am a tenant looking to rent a house. I found a good house on Zoopla in Kingston upon Thames and the agent was Urban.co.uk. I called them during one week - no answer. They picked up a phone just once during this week and said that I have to fill the form on web-site and wait for the call. Of course, nobody called me after filling this form. I really don’t want to be in the owner’s shoes, who obviously doesn’t understand why he can not find tenants for his house…

The setup was very easy and the price great. They do alot of things the other online estate agents dont do. Which attracted us. Plus good recommendations. We were worried about not being able to speak to someone local, buying a house is a big thing. But the communication was brilliant with questions and issues being dealt with quickly.

We like to do viewings and decide on tenants ourselves so find this a great way to advertise. No time wasters and people looking within their actual budget. It's also nice that you get enquiries by text or email so can call to arrange viewings at a time that suits you. Well worth the money. Would recommend.

The team were very responsive, excellent at explaining the nuances and proactive in their efforts to help. My flat was let quickly.One slight reservation was with the service level once they found me a tenant; the pro-activity wasn't quitew the same in setting up the paperwork after. Still, with a few reminders everything worked out perfectly.

Using an online estate agent was easy and saved I've 4K. They still help you every step of the way, advertise it to your spec and then you sell it. The best and most enthusiastic person to sell your house is you. We sold in under a week and completed with no problems. Do it?

The team at Urban always respond quickly to my email questions or on the phone. They have been professional and easy to deal with, even when I've had tricky amends to make to the tenancy agreement. The process has gone without any hitches and the electronic signing worked well, even when I had a tenant who didn't know how to do it initially. Knowing they are on the end of the phone most of the time to be able to help at any stage provides peace of mind.

I am very impressed with the work Urban did for me, and the team in Urban are clearly capable enough to advertise my property in such short time and delivering what they promised. I believe in, and value, such concepts as online agencies where the high street agents who monopolised the market for decades (and ripped us off) is no longer the only option available. Urban are disrupting the market and I am sure with their great customer service and their easy to use platform that they will thrive and grow exponentially.I will be back again soon with more ads as I am in the middle of preparing for new investments in buy to let. We have used Urban before and found them helpful and professional in finding us tenantsOur property is still not listed after 5 days despite numerous phone calls and emails.It appears they have outsourced to a call centre in Manilla and it is impossible to get any help or answers as we are passed from Manilla to London but cannot speak to staff ( if there are any ) in the Tunbridge Wells office.Time consuming, stressful and a financial loss

I am a landlord who read a bunch of great reviews on Urban however my listing experience has been far than simple. I went online listed my property and it sat in a prelive position for at least 2 days I called them and their call center rang out the first 3 times I eventually got through to someone asking for a status update. They told me the person who manages it isn’t available for 10 mins I said I’ll wait they said he can’t keep the line open or hold as he needs to stay open for enquiries. He promised he would call me back that day. Numerous emails to them go unanswered. I don’t trust them at all and want my money back.After contacting them they promised my money back and said it was refunded, however a charge of £99 still appears on my account and they haven't responded back.

We were slightly reluctant to use an online agent having had no experience of such - or direct/personal recommendations for Urban. My only complaint is that we did find the website/account details hard to navigate - but the telephone service was second to none. Particular reference must be made to Daniel King, who always responded in a timely and professional manner to all our queries.It was/is such a weight off my mind to know all the paperwork/referencing etc was professionally taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Within 10 days of my ad going live I had three offers at the asking price, and the eventual sale cost me £420 appx whereas if I had sold the year before when the property was on the market with a conventional agent it would have cost me £12,000 in commission.
