GoogleAbsolutely Fantastic Service. Had Ben managing a property Sale. Had my house was on the market with another estate agents for over a year. Ben managed to get it sold within a week. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone :)

GoogleNot a great experience, tired to book a viewing but was not flexible with the times, as a 1st time buyer would of thought they want the business but didn't seem bothered, will not be going with them.
Hi Ross, it's a shame you feel the need to write a 1 star review based upon the availability of a property viewing. We always ensure that the maximum viewings are available but sometimes a property can become fully booked etc. in this busy marketplace. GoogleAbsolute joke. Went to view 26 waveley rd today. Says fully let for 20/21 academic year. I twice spoken to agent as said was currently advertised for next academic year. Allegedly its let for next year also now 21/22. Looking for investment. Travelled from south of Oxford. Turns out when we view place been empty since Nov. Dropped ceilings. Fair number of bad cracks. Without doubt place been condemned by council. Obviously present owner milked it all they could of profit without any running repairs. Will never trust Up Estates again. In a word - DISHONEST

We had what can only be described as the worst experience on buying and selling...but Upestates held our hand, told us it would be ok and we got there in the end. They were phenomenal with us. Everytime we lost a buyer (this happened a lot due to random reasons from them and in no way Upestates fault!!!), Harry especially took it to heart. He felt our struggle and helped us to eventually get the successful move we wanted. Thank you for being so quick to respond, to act on requests and generally being all round polite and great team. We couldn't be more pleased with their assistance in selling our properties. GoogleI had a really good experience with Up Estates who sold my house in the Hinckley area. I found them to be responsive and helpful, with Chris offering me advice on all matters regarding my sale and purchase. The proprty portal stuff was useful and enabled me to track viewings and offers. Up Estates prove that the old estate agent pricing model of percentages is no longer viable. Up Estates were under half the price of other local agents, which shows how much money these other agents have been making out of people for years and years. I would recommend Up Estates and I would definitely use them again although I'm not planning to move any time soon ;)

GoogleChose UP based on others reviews and we weren't disappointed. From start to finish they have been professional in all regards. Don't be put off by the fact they are a fixed price agent - they don't do anything different to any other agent - In fact, from our previous experience of agents, they do a lot more and do it better. Had great advice on pricing , great contact with the office team, website comms are great and it's really good to have updates and viewing feedback all in one place. The final sale end of things and managing solicitors in the chain was also managed and communicated really well. Great all round at a great price.

GoogleActually had a great experience with Up Estates. They were quick with booking in viewings. They were always responsive with regards to the property I was buying and passing on messages. On completion day, they had everything ready to go. Considering how bad alot of estate agents can be, Up Estates were very good.
