Googlewe purchased a house through UP Estate agents in Cubbington. Harry was great and very attentive and informative to all questions we had. When/ If we decide to move on, we will definitely be giving UP a call.

GoogleWe recently used Up Estates for the sale of a property in Kenilworth. From the very first meeting to complete all initial sale particulars, including excellent drone footage, we have received an excellent service from the whole team at Up Estates. The sales team worked tirelessly to promote our property. They conducted all viewings and gave excellent feedback from any of the viewers. Once a sale was agreed they kept us fully informed of all required information and vendor requests. So this sale went through extremely smoothly and everyone was completely at ease with the sale/purchase. I would definitely recommend Up Estates to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleThe whole process of selling and buying a house is so stressful, so you need an amazing estate agency. Up Estates were that amazing estate agency for us. They behave like your own person team making you feel like your the only client on the books. Nothing was ever too much and any problems or worries were always dealt with immediately. We have to recognise Jade for her unbelievable selling abilities. She is incredible and such a wonderful person to deal with and such an astute business woman. There's also Aliya again another outstanding member of the selling team, so hardworking and fast too. Finally, we have to give praise to Emily, who looked after us once we had sold. She provided a first class service, reassuring us when we were worried and also made sure our buyers were happy too. The hard work of those three women meant that we are now in the home of our dreams. We can't be more grateful and thankful to them. We can't sing their praises or that of Up Estates enough.

GoogleI think these guys are cowboys - they made me viewed a house with no lights and electricity. It was a pitch black house. They should have informed me about this massive INCONVENIENCE. - 1 month later I tried to book a slot. They booked me on 2:20pm. They called me 10 minutes later after my booking conformation to tell me that property is sold and no longer available. HOW CAN THINGS CHANGE IN 10 MINUTES. Absolute cowboys.. they have no control or idea to make things smooth and easy.

Hi Hamza, sorry that you feel this way. I can see your file on our system and see that you were interested in a property that had multiple offers on it, infact after your initial viewing you had placed two offers on the property so hopefully could see past the 'inconvenience'. We had arranged your second viewing as per your request but then the owner decided to agree the sale to another party I'm afraid. Hopefully your property search has continued to a postive resolution!

GoogleHaving dealt with UP Estates on letting my property they evaluated it promptly and had it listed within 24 hours. I was keen on securing a good tenant for my property having had previous agents 'first through the door' attitude to my cost. Within a fortnight the let was agreed and done, having been presented with multiple applicants, with all checks done and their scenarios etc advised. Giving me the choice of which fitted best, UP listened and it showed.

GoogleThroughout the whole process the agent was very slow in communication and they kept asking for guarantor under the most nonsensical excuses AS WELL AS asking for a whole year's rent upfront. Then it came to a point that they kept saying the landlord of a property likes us and prefers us before we got a phone call saying they chose someone else. When that someone else ghosted them because the agency is ridiculous the agent came back to us still with their unreasonable terms even though we were the only applicants left. Due to stresses from looking for houses we paid the holding deposit but we never got a confirmation from the landlord or agency. Then we found a house with SBK agency that was very nice to use very responsive and accommodating and chose to withdraw from the application less than a week after paying holding deposit for a property which move in date was more than a month away. We asked for the deposit to be refunded or part refunded since it's a deposit and not a fee but the agency is so incompetent that they don't know the difference and said they will keep the money. If I wanted to be scammed I would've chosen someone that's nice about it not someone that treats us like second grade citizen.

GoogleUP Estates were great during our sale. We were kept well informed with appointments and feedback for the sale of our property. Once we had a buyer we were updated regularly regarding the progression of our sale despite many complications and hold up at the bottom of the chain. Going beyond our expectations in rooting out what was happening and often found them to be better informed than our Solicitor. We couldn’t recommend them enough. Jamie

GoogleJust like another review, great start .. got two viewings within days and sold the property very quickly, however after this they were very quick to put up the SOLD board to advertise their success in selling my property , however after this everything went down hill, myself and my solicitor were left to assist the buyer and their solicitors with everything from start to finish, Up Estates would call me with incorrect information or updates and on most occasions call me at least a week after I had already been given or had chased up information to assist in the sale myself, they were very disorganised as I mentioned they would update me with information I had already had from the buyer a week later and this happened many times, The buyer was having difficulties with their broker and solicitors however it wasn't Up Estates that were trying to help put it was me and my solicitor again, and even after that was resolved a week later they tried calling to advise that they had helped resolve the exact same problem, anyway I requested for a discount for their lack of involvement and lack of work/effort put in from their side, however I was shown the T's and C's and told that they had done a very good job .. I paid what was due as I have never been so disgusted with a company's performance and effort and that they still wanted to be paid in full for basically advertising my house on line which anyone could do and then sitting back and letting me and my solicitor do their work for them.... I would suggest that if you are thinking of using company because their rates are lower than others that you are better off doing everything yourselves and save the money because eventually that is what you will end up doing... do not use this company, pay a little extra and get a more professional outfit. in reply to Up Estates reply below, this is the typical reply where a company believes in the same nonsense that they preach, any company who advertised my house on the internet/market would have got it sold quickly as it was a desired area and many people from my own research were looking for properties in the area, you haven't done anything special there, you have ignored and are missing the point, your customer service and aftercare was non existence and you only followed up with aged information when you decided that you will do a little chasing ... anyway it is understood that you believe your practices are justified so there is no point in wasting further time ..i just hope the public can see from your reply on how you decide to gloat about the little positive in the review and ignore the main points.NegativeProfessionalism

As you are aware we have spoken with you over this and appreciate you highlighting how quickly we were able to sell your property and the contact we had with you throughout. As you rightly mention there are times when we might not have the same information as you when you are speaking directly to a buyer and when you are equally being proactive in chasing your sale. But throughout the sale we did continually speak with your buyer and all solicitors, who’s job it is to carry out the legal work so that a sale can complete.

GoogleI sold my house a few months ago with Up Estates and was very impressed with all the team at all stages. They kept in contact with the Solicitors weekly to keep things moving. I've used alot of Estate agents over the years and paid alot in fees. I would highly recommend Up Estates and will definitely use them again in the future.
