GoogleSold our house through up estates and could not be happier with the whole service they provided from start to finish. They kept us updated on the progression of the sale. We nearly lost the sale 1 week before completion due to a house further down the chain falling through but Upestates sorted all of the headache out in a swift and professional way and we still moved on our first proposed completion day! Would definitely use them again.

GoogleThe staff are moody. I won't be selling my house via a amature company,. Rather sell it myself as they are incompetent and disregard my opinion.

GoogleVery bad service never ever trust them. I came visit a property from London my appointment was 13.15 pmI arrived 1pm . When I called they said that they have accepted someone offered. After conversation she sent email saying cancellation. What a jock. I spent £ 220x2

GoogleThe team that were selling my property were great, found me 2 buyers very quickly. The sales progression however was terrible. I had to chase for updates, was told I would receive call backs which didn't always happen and it felt more like they were working for my buyer than for me. Such a shame after such a great start.

GoogleWorst service ever. Avoid at all. They just waste your time. Every time you call , they will tell you the different story. Lack of knowledge. So please avoid and don't waste your time.

GoogleMy father made an offer on a property that they were selling which was accepted. A couple of days after he went into their offices to hand in his identification and a day after he recieved a call to say that he had been outbidded and that he would need to offer an higher amount than the one that had already been accepted.

FacebookPut an offer in for a property and was accepted While driving pass the said property 4 weeks later it had the sold sign up I rang the estate agent and ask if the property was sold to me Sorry we sold it to someone else 😡😡😡😡😡 they said we left you a voicemail I DONT THINK SO WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY 💰😡😡😡😡
