We’ve had a really positive experience selling our home with Up Estates. From start to finish, the service has been excellent, and we always felt well supported throughout the whole process. Charlotte did a fantastic job when she visited to take the photos, professional, friendly, and made the house look its best. Once the property went on the market, Aliyan kept us updated on the sales progress with regular touch points, which really reassured us that everything was moving in the right direction. After the sale was agreed, Emily has been brilliant with her clear communication and consistent updates. Fully Recommend using Up Estates for all of your property transactions. They offer a first class service at an affordable price. Our first interaction with Up Estates was with Charlotte. Charlotte arrived on time, was really friendly and helped us make some inform decisions about the sale of our property, as well as a suite of fantastic photos to promote our advert. We were then supported through the remainder of the process by Aliya. Aliya is absolutely fantastic at what she does. Her persistence, understanding & support was excellent. We had a fantastic experience with the Up Estate team from start to finish. We did our first viewing on December 10th, followed by a second viewing just a few days later, and now we’re collecting the keys in under three months, the whole process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Everything was handled professionally, and communication was always clear and reassuring throughout December, January, and February. Me and my wife recently sold our house through UpEstates and decided to do so as we bought our first property through them 4 years ago and received excellent service and communication throughout the whole process. Charlotte was our valuer was / has been amazing and actually dealt with both of the purchase of our first property and sale of old property so it was nice to be dealing with someone we knew could help us. Aliya & Emily were great too who both supported us through the viewing process keeping us up to date the whole way through as well as supporting us with any queries during the legal stage. Up Estates were fantastic from start to finish with selling our house. Charlotte Hemmings who had a professional and reassuring manner from first meet deserves a mention for taking us from an initial valuation meeting to on the market in days with some excellent photography. As a team Up Estates facilitated an expedient sale, were very transparent on price, proficient with organising viewings and consistent with communication. Just completed my purchase for a buy to let property with Up Estates , best ever experience from start to finish, firstly dealt in person with Aliya Uddin , Aliya was so professional and personable at the same time great way of dealing with me and was very accommodating with viewing the property and super efficient , She is a true professional and a hospitable person and met my kids on the second house visit too , the communication was spot on and timely , true credit to Up estates , I then dealt with Emily which was mainly via email and phone and again I can say the same for her too , very productive and efficient and to the point , no-one was pushy at any stage just really helpful , Had a brief chat with Chris from lettings again very attentive and polite , finally I dealt with Elena from lettings via email and phone and wow I was so impressed with how quickly she got my account set up and rent transferred within a day , just truly amazing all-round service and I have dealt with many estate agents and letting agents , however Up estates stand way above . Chloe Mangham I would very highly recommend this person and have been extremely happy with her service and I wish everyone was as good as her as she is very nice, friendly and easy to talk to when I needed help with my tenancy. She was also very helpful and understanding I needed help with anything tenancy and maintenance related and was very quick to get things sorted. She was also very helpful and informative when keeping me updated on things. My dad also spoke to her on the phone about going through the guarantor process and my dad even said Chloe explained it all very well and how lovely she was.
