GoogleThis is the condition of my fence after UP estates attached a for sale sign for my next door neighbour to my fence without permission. I have a video of their contractor destroying the fence. Then they attached the fence post to another of my fences despite being explicitly instructed in writing that this was not acceptable, and obviously not being content with destroying only one fence panel. Manager phoned me up to explain that they too were annoyed with the contractors and that he would resolve the problem. This gives me a poor opinion of UP Estates, but at least they seem to want to resolve the situation.

GoogleWe dealt with Jade during our sale and I have to say she is really fantastic and a real asset to UP Estates. Always keeping us updated whether by phone or email and working hard to get our property sold for the right price. Even when we were unsure about several things she was always there to provide advice! Also wanted to give thanks to Charlotte who dealt with us at the beginning of the process from getting our property listed and the original onboarding work.

I would also like to commend Joe for going above and beyond during the process and turned the stressful situation into a smooth, successful move. From the first meeting with Charlotte and the amazing quality of the pictures and marketing, then the viewing feedback from Aliya, Jessica and Jade, and regular sale progression feedback from Emily and the team, they have all been extremely friendly and professional. GoogleI was about to let my property through a Leamington Spa estate agent as I live in Leamington Spa and my rental property is in Leamington Spa, however, I decided To do something completely different to what I’ve done for decades and use a Coventry estate agent called Up Estates as I have used Leamington Spa estate agents for decades but this time I decided to use what I felt was a very competitive estate agent based in Coventry called Up Estate agents. I have been completely impressed With charlotte hemming’s continual updates and the amount of prospective tenants, she sourced. Even when it looked like a tenant was going to fall through UPS estate agents came through with more viewings and the property was let. Charlotte secured viewings immediately, she was so proactive and she gave constant feedback and updates, It’s rare that I’m impressed within the property landscape but she really is unusually in today’s society a property professional that is strongly determined with an indomitable spirit! I’m a strong communicator in the workplace so it was very refreshing to receive this from Somebody else , both Elena and charlotte are refreshing and know their markets always providing comparisons and talking through strategies. All in all both Elena (whose name I hope I’ve spelt correctly) and charlotte have been 10/10. Thankyou so much ladies! I am going to keep recommending you and UP ESTATES! 🏡 🙏

GoogleUsed up estates for the first time for the letting of my flat, I cannot fault them, they viewed, marketed, and let it within a week, great communication, great value and a friendly approach. Special mention to Charlotte who went out of her way to promote the property and make the process very easy. Highly recommend. I wish I had discovered them earlier.

The process was really smooth and both Chris and Chloe were professional and informed about the local market and legal requirements. I was aware of when viewings were going to take place and what the outcome was from each prospective viewing. Chloe kept me up to date and provided me with accurate, reliable information at each stage. I would highly recommend Up Estates if you are a landlord.
