One thing I really appreciate is that any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and on time, which makes renting through them stress-free. GoogleHad a really good experience dealing with Up Estates. Friendly manner from all those I spoke to along the way, and most especially Emily Norbury, who handled the process of the purchase from start to finish. Emily always kept me updated on the progress and the communication was good, even those messages between both sides and dealing with them swiftly. She helped answer all my questions and concerns. Great experience, thanks Emily.

GoogleIf Up Estates are the key holder for your property, please know there is no way to reliably get in touch with them out of hours and in the event of an emergency they are therefore not likely to deal with it in a timely fashion. Beware.

Having looked through all of our tenancies I cannot see your details on our system for any properties that we manage. We provide all parties with an out of hours contact number. GoogleChloe Mangham I would very highly recommend this person and have been extremely happy with her service and I wish everyone was as good as her as she is very nice, friendly and easy to talk to when I needed help with my tenancy. She was also very helpful and understanding I needed help with anything tenancy and maintenance related and was very quick to get things sorted. She was also very helpful and informative when keeping me updated on things. My dad also spoke to her on the phone about going through the guarantor process and my dad even said Chloe explained it all very well and how lovely she was. Thank you very much all your help throughout my tenancy process I really appreciate it.

No doubt, the conveyancing process, at times, felt overwhelming both mentally and physically. However, the Team always ensured our enquiries were answered with care and detail and that follow-ups were made timely. Charlotte did a fantastic job when she visited to take the photos, professional, friendly, and made the house look its best. Once the property went on the market, Aliyan kept us updated on the sales progress with regular touch points, which really reassured us that everything was moving in the right direction. GoogleFully Recommend using Up Estates for all of your property transactions. They offer a first class service at an affordable price. Our first interaction with Up Estates was with Charlotte. Charlotte arrived on time, was really friendly and helped us make some inform decisions about the sale of our property, as well as a suite of fantastic photos to promote our advert. We were then supported through the remainder of the process by Aliya. Aliya is absolutely fantastic at what she does. Her persistence, understanding & support was excellent. We can't thank Aliya and the team at Up Estates enough for helping us move house.
