Their customer service is fantastic and every colleague I have interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Within a week of contacting them to enquire about viewing a property, we have had our offer accepted and the process so far has been rapid, with exceptionally quick response times. Elliott has been particularly fantastic, helping to recommend an in-house broker (Chris from Bubble Finance is also highly recommended!) who helped us to get an agreement in principle within two days and ensure we could successfully bid for the property. GoogleWouldn’t recommend to anyone, absolutely the worse experience in our life’s , we was looking to relocate and came across with property they managed, house was under renovation, we told the agent we need to move in by the middle of the month , they told us this is not a problem, property will be ready by that time. We took the keys 10th of October and left the house empty for another week to make contractors easier to finish work, but unfortunately when we came week later nothing was done, house was dirty, not cleaned, everything broken, not fitted correctly or not fitted at all, so all the promises after signing the contract gone. Electricity rigged, back doors broken, house so dirty we never seen in our life’s so much dust, the extractor hood leaking oil, sliding doors on wall wardrobes not sliding and broken, we don’t have bathroom doors can you imagine family of 5 and this is how we live more then a month now and still have no date when it’s going to be fixed and most disgusting thing is they blaming us that they moved us in to the house which is far from ready to live…..
Mantas, we have spoken numerous times throughout the month and as I have said to you numerous times, we understand how you feel and are getting the different issues resolved as we want you to be settled and enjoy living in the property. As you say you were aware of the condition of the property when you signed and we said about these issues being resolved. Once you moved in there were still aspects that needed resolving which contractors were sent out to fix. The electrics were fixed after you laughed at the first electricans missfortune of having to go to the hospital due to their son being admitted, that same day we found a new contractor to do this. The electrics that were tampered with by the previous tenant worked, it was the LED bulbs in one room that did not turn off which is what was then fixed. Due to you upsetting the previous contractor we then needed to find a new contractor to fix one of the three bathroom doors, which we did. These were with contractors to fix immediately. As of 2 days ago you reported the wardrobe which has been quoted for and approved for a contractor to attend and fix and is about to be resolved. As for the extractor fan this also can be resolved by it being cleaned which we have also advised. We want all tenants to feel settled and happy in a property and within your timeframes we have looked to ensure this is the case but have also been reliant on contractors equally completing these jobs that are currently all in hand. We hope that once the latest of issues are resolved that you continue to enjoy living at this property.

It feels like they have a close knit team who are clearly passionate about houses and work hard and efficiently to sustain the brilliant level of service. GoogleBought and sold with Up. Sale - shrewd tactical pricing and thoughtful marketing delivered strong interest in our property and an offer accepted within a fortnight. Purchase- gave sensible, neutral advice despite a vested interest in both sides of the transaction. Quick to arrange viewings in collab with the then owners. Process - ours wasn't a smooth experience but that wasn't Up's doing in all fairness. Communication might have been more frequent even if only to say "nothing new". Recommend these guys, strong team, great pitch.

From the very first meeting to complete all initial sale particulars, including excellent drone footage, we have received an excellent service from the whole team at Up Estates. The sales team worked tirelessly to promote our property. They conducted all viewings and gave excellent feedback from any of the viewers. Once a sale was agreed they kept us fully informed of all required information and vendor requests.
