GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Suttons Estate! Their team was attentive, professional, and found me the perfect rental property. From start to finish, they were transparent and made the process easy. One thing that stood out was how well the agency prepared the apartment for me. It was in pristine condition upon my move-in, and they had taken care of all the necessary repairs and maintenance beforehand. The cleanliness and attention to detail really impressed me. Simply the BEST !I am so glad I went to Suttons and not any of the other numerous estate agents in Coventry, most of whom I've encountered one way or another. Ryan was polite, flexible, knowledgeable, timely, professional and honest. The photos he took of the property were first rate and he was always responsive when I contacted him, even when he was not at work. At one point I became very ill and it was Ryan who contacted me and rescued the whole situation. Suttons are not like other estate agents who ignore you once you've signed on the dotted line; they are a long-standing family firm who offer a wrap-around service and don't have targets set by head office. The valuation of the house was realistic and the commission I was charged was cheaper than that charged by most other estate agents in the area. Thanks also to Jodie who answered the phone politely and was very helpful.

GoogleI had a really good experience with Sutton's Estates agent based in Coventry for the purchase of my very first home. Debbie was the estate agent who was dealing with the property I was interested in and ending up buying, with the help of my father. She was highly professional and such a lovely lady to talk and liaise with. I cannot thank her enough for all her help in assisting me with this sale. I couldn't be happier with my new home and I honestly owe Debbie so much for speaking to the vendor on my behalf when I nearly lost this house due to delays in the original completion date due to covid-19 and routine searches etc. Debbie was a great communicator with me and my father throughout this sale and kept us updated . I am really pleased with the overall service I have received with this estate agents and would recommend them based on my first and only experience ( to date) of buying my home. GoogleWe have just brought our very first house and the help we received during the whole process whats second to none. We had a few communications problems with our own solicitor and Ryan was there’s to help us in every way possible. He definitely made the whole process less stressful for us. If I was ever in the need for an estate agents I would not hesitate to use these guys!

GoogleIn my experience, most of those in the property sector are generally useless, merely hype merchants and basically greedy. There is little genuine professionalism, and actual care. The one exception I have found is Suttons Estate Agents. I have known this highly professional Firm for the past 6-7 years, and, put simply, I applaud them. They are professional, efficient, kind and reasonable throughout. I now rent my Coventry home from them, for the past 2 years. They are diligent, and provided me with clear documentation at the start of my long-term tenancy. As a grateful tenant, I would recommend this Firm to anyone seeking a thoroughly decent letting or estate agent. Mike Bolton, tenant.

Ryan was knowledgable, proactive and answered all the questions I had (and checked when he didn't know). GoogleI commuted out of town for a viewing and the estate agent didn't even turn up. I called them, left emails and voicemails yet never heard from them again. Extremely unprofessional and a very poor service. I was very disappointed especially as I squeezed them into my schedule and commuted over a 100 miles on very short notice. Hi Bleu, Thanks for your feedback. I am very sorry for the miscommunication here on our part. I have returned to the office today following annual leave and started an investigation into this matter. It seems the viewing agent was late arriving to the viewing after being held up on their previous appointment, then delayed further due to traffic following the fuel shortages. There was a second viewing at the property (following yours) which was completed, but I understand that you couldn't wait as you had other commitments. The viewing agent didn't have a work mobile to contact you directly and no one was able to get through to the office on that afternoon due to an issue with the phone systems and ISDN lines failing. We are currently processing a complaint with our telephone provider. I appreciate this is not your problem and someone should have contacted you directly to advise of the issues as soon as possible. The viewing agent has received a caution due to this matter. I am very sorry about this and offer my sincerest apologies. We pride ourselves on customer service and customer recommendations as you can see from our other reviews and I can assure you this would not happen again.
