GoogleIt's been over a year since we have been renting a property from Suttons Estate in Coventry and we loved their service. We really liked the property we rented from Suttons Estate as it is close to all amenities. Megan was so very helpful with all the maintenance requests we raised. They deserve a 5 star rated review!

GoogleI am very impressed with this agency as they are very profissional and always ready to help in every exchange email and phone call. Nowadays, agency’s can be very slow in dealing with paperwork and legalities but this was not the case with Sutton’s Agency. And specifically, a thank you to Ryan Curry as he was very quick and responsive in every exchange email which facilitates all the renting process. I was distressed by my daughter's death and didn't want to leave a message. From the moment I met Ryan I felt I could trust him and I wasn't wrong. He was at all times sensitive and thoughtful. GoogleCaveat: This is not a paid ad! I would recommend Suttons to everyone. I rented and lived in a property that was managed by Suttons and I do not have 1 single complaint about their services. They are efficient, timely, warm and friendly. I was always kept informed on any query or issues I had, as they were involved every step of the way. I had to move and I was really sad to go, though I was offered an equally lovely accommodation but had to stay within the vicinity of my kids school. Even after I moved, they helped me get the best deals on some items I required. They come highly recommended! Great team

GoogleWe had the pleasure of using Ryan at Suttons in the recent sale of our family home. Ryan helped us achieve a superfast sale (house sold within a few days of being listed) and a great price which was more than we expected. He kept us all well informed by a WhatsApp group so we knew where we were in the stage of the sale. He was great at answering any queries within a few hours. He also made sure the solicitors were working hard towards a quick completion. Top class service.

GoogleThis estate agency is different from all the rest . They have a very personal approach and looked after the sale of my mothers house with her interests at heart; organising an open day to combine viewings along with vetting prospective buyers to ensure the interest in the property was genuine. Ryan was very professional from the onset, providing useful information to determine the correct value of the property along with adopting a sensitive approach to my mother who was selling her home of 48 years. I would highly recommend him and Suttons.

It was a complicated sale and I don't live in the area, but Ryan was incredibly helpful, and even from my first enquiry call his knowledgeable, personable and non-salesy manner stood out from other estate agents. His regular, clear and friendly communication, and proactive manner made the whole process a lot less stressful than I first imagined it might be. Highly recommended!

GoogleI had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Ryan from Suttons and his service was 5* from start to finish. Nothing was ever to much for him and he sold my house in 5 days. He gives great advice. I cannot recommend Suttons enough and Ryan is an absolute asset to Suttons and his team. I will never look anywhere else if I ever need to use estate agents in the future.

GoogleBrief communication. Almost as if they don’t want to rent out. I expressed interest in a room and had missed a call l from an agent. When I called during lunch, an unfriendly sounding colleague told me he was not available. Just got off the phone with him and it was “are you a student?” “No” “OK, I’ll withdraw your interest”. Not the best service.

Apologies, the studio you were interested in is only available for full time students as stated in the advert. Sorry for any confusion, but we have to work through an average of 40 enquiries everyday for our available rental properties. I have asked my colleague to email you a response to advise this and apologise if he came across too short and brief on the call. Thanks for your time and consideration to amend this review as I feel it unfair to leave this negative feedback after such a brief interaction with one staff member due to not reading the property description.
