While there was some initial stress around a proposed cleaning charge, Melissa personally reviewed the matter, communicated clearly, and took the time to escalate it with Reposit to reach a fair resolution.
The issue was resolved with no cost to us, and her involvement, professionalism, and calm approach were reassuring during what can often be a frustrating stage of moving out. I appreciate the effort made to bring the matter to a reasonable conclusion and to ensure all parties were satisfied.
Overall, I am pleased with how the situation was handled in the end and would like to acknowledge the support provided.

GoogleMeg from Suttons was excellent to us. Initially, she helped arrange a very last minute, out of hours viewing for a house my partner and I had our hearts set on.
The house didn’t disappoint, and we started the application process from there. Meg kept us updated with every step, and answered as many questions as I could think of (there were quite a few). Really patient and made the experience a lot less stressful than it could have been.
Fast forward to moving in day, everything was ready for us, and we even got a little goody box which made it feel that little more personal.
Would highly recommend Suttons, and we will look to continue using them in the future.

GoogleFirst impressions not good! Driving to coventry from Loughborough is a 54 minute drive. Had viewings at 1pm and 4:15pm. At 12:47 I receive a text saying my viewing at 1pm is cancelled, rescheduled for 3:45. At 3:42 I get a text saying my viewing at 4:15 has also been cancelled and moved 2 days later. After ringing them for clarification, turns out they didn't have the keys... It would have been much better if I'd received a message in the morning explaining that they didn't have the keys and the appointment would be rescheduled. It is inappropriate to message me 15-30 minutes before the appointment when I have to drive for 50 minutes to even get there...
Edit: 14th Nov 2024, raised my original 2 star review to a 4 star. Sutton's have been very apologetic and accomodating. Understood that this was the fault of contractors and abnormal circumstances. Would recommend people telling them how far away they have to travel though, as this will help them plan ahead and around their contractors
