After having had months of frustrating dealings with Purplebricks with zero results, we switched to Suttons to deal with the sale of our late father's property. We were impressed with the agent, Ryan, from the outset and once instructed, the house was on the market and online within days, as promised. Ryan quickly arranged viewings and withn two weeks we had a buyer. Ryan kept all parties informed of the progress of the sale with regular updates. He was an absolute breath of fresh air. So lovely to not have to chase people for information and for an agent to do exactly what was agreed and when. He is a credit to not only to Suttons, but to the industry and he made the process incredibly easy for us at a time when we were grieving. Thank you so much Ryan!

Meg and Luke and the team at Suttons went the extra mile to secure the rental I applied for in super quick time so I could move directly into the new place rather than having to find somewhere temporarily in the interim. Incredibly helpful estate agents, especially Gina Decker. We did a viewing with her and she showed us all the rooms in the building that were available. Was extremely helpful, talked us through everything, made the process a lot easier. Even when a room was taken without her knowledge, she was flexible enough to show us other options and how to secure the room. Suttons estate helped us in the purchasing of a property. They were always understanding, courteous, easy to get a hold of (or when not available, always responded to any queries as soon as possible). They recommended a good solicitor with no issues and also used a middleman company that kept the communication between both us as the buyer and the seller going and ensuring everyone is kept in the loop. Our experience with Suttons was to buy a property. We live in the South-east and planned to make a big move to the Midlands. Our first encounter was with Ryan, who was very professional in his approach but also his knowledge. His peoples skills were outstanding and something me and my family noticed immediately. After sale was agreed; our subsequent encounters through the sale process was with Gina. Gina has been fantastic, always calm, welcoming and ready to help. She knew we were making a big move and that this process was all new to us and she never failed at any point to make me feel comfortable and reassured. I never hesitated to phone or email her as I knew she would always get back to me. She was very professional in her manner yet very friendly at the same time. If she was unsure of anything, she would not hesitate to find out for me. Gina really made this daunting process a smooth one for us and one of ease. We were so lucky to have a really quick sale and completed within 8 weeks! Thank you Gina for being that comfort and reassurance through this process. We dealt with a chap called Ryan Curry to help us with the sale of our late mother's property and was expecting the typical 'commission/bonus based' Estate agent - how wrong was I! He was extremely proactive chasing either side and updating my brother and I immediately and was very sympathetic with our situation. My brother and me are not based in Coventry so the logistics were quite difficult but Ryan went the extra mile to help us out and made sure the sale of the house went through as quickly as possible. I have been availing the services of estate and letting agencies for quite a few years here in England and renting an apartment with Suttons Estate and Lettings Agents in Coventry for the last few years has been a stress-free experience - this is a crucial aspect when you are at work (9 to 5) and would rather not chase agencies for repairs, additional amenities etc. Repairs needed (time-driven wear & tear) were resolved within a couple of working days (hassle-free process) and with admirable professionalism - something a lot of estate and letting agencies out there could learn from. The facilities provided in the apartment were much to my liking and comfort. The apartment came tastefully furnished (comparatively). The apartment was handed over neat and clean, which is a relief when compared to previous experience with other agencies. The staff I was in communication with (Melissa Austin) as well as the estate agent (Megan Sutton) are thoroughly professional and quite prompt in their responses. Unlike some agencies/landlords, one did not have to bargain or argue with the agents/landlord regarding the return of the deposit - which is also testament to the agency's landlord vetting process. If you are a professional looking for a place to rent (or, of course, a discerning/disciplined student), I wholeheartedly recommend Suttons Estate and Letting Agents.
