He has excellent Communication Skills and has kept us up-to-date all through the Sale of our House and taking us through each stage.He has a friendly, but very Professional manner and we cannot praise him or recommend enough. First time we have used Shortland Horne in the 35 years we have been Landlords. Really impressed with the speed Claire came out to take photos and market the property. A tenant was found in less than a week and it was just before Christmas so usually a difficult time for letting. Will definitely be contacting Claire if one of our other properties becomes empty.

GoogleIt was lovely, the café staff were great and friendly. Great tea and muffin. It wasn't a normal time though as I was there to cheer on runners, taking part in the 2 castles run. The grounds looked very well kept, the history information was good too in the parts of the castle and grounds that I saw. Very nice and will return to do a full proper visit 😊
