We recently had a viewing on a property in Coventry and have to say that the gentleman that showed us around the house (Clive) was a very happy go lucky chap who seemed to really enjoy his job. He was very pleasant and chatty. Altogether a thoroughly enjoyable viewing had. Keep up the good work Clive.

TrustpilotIgnore repairs, don't care about renters, try to evict people
Shortland horne repeatedly ignored repair requests. Didn't send acknowledgments that the reports had reached them. Gave poor advise and failed to inspect the original issue until almost 4 months later. Only inspected the property because the MP contacted them. Now the agency is trying to evict the tenants. Absolutely despicable.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
