During the process we dealt with 4 different members of the team and they were all excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the sale went through with a lot of their help. Thank you.

Googledanial and the rest of the shortland team has been very supportive from the start of the process till the end. especially with danial he has helped us so much with advice and provided us unlimited support is unreal. and I would highly recommend to use shortland Horne as they are best estate agent in coventry as they been in business for very long time so they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend to use their service.

GoogleAndy Griffin came to give us a valuation. Shortland Horne had been recommended to us by a relative who had praised their professionalism. We were very impressed with the service Andy provided and with his valuation. Also the brochure he left highlights their level of expertise. I understand the reasons for the 1% selling cost but this is quite high compared to other Agents, which is a shame, as we felt encouraged & confident enough to choose them but were dissuaded by the cost

FacebookI honestly don't have words to describe the level of incompetence and derogatory experience I am currently having with Shortland Horne. I have a dodgy oven unit and a kitchen unit. The landlord (who pays for a managed service) has instructed the agency to carry out repairs, but as per usual it's always the landlord's fault whom I happened to have a good relationship with unbeknownst to Shortland Horne. Oh! This has been going on since August. I'm fed up. But I will keep paying my rent on time. *I'll keep sharing my experience until this saga ends*

FacebookWe sold our property with Shortland Horne last month and from start to finish I could not fault them. Will came and did the valuation on our property and explained that they'd be no upfront cost. We instructed them over the 2 other agents based on their honesty and the marketing style. The video and photos they took of our house really showed it off in its best light. We had 5 viewings booked within 24 hours! Our house sold for £20,000 over the asking price! We were over the moon!

FacebookAfter having a valuation on my dads house on the 17/07/18 was supposed to receive the valuation information through the post which I’m still waiting for. I had a phone call to ask if I received the letter and I said no. They said they would email a copy over confirmed my email address over the phone and I’m still waiting for that email as well. If your not bothered to send the information, I won’t bother to work with you simple.
