GoogleWe sold our 2 bedroom terrace house in Earlsdon in June 2017. This was a far from easy sale as we had the awkness of tenants reaching the end of their lease. We also were living 300 miles away! So we were very dependent upon Nick and the Sales team at Merrick Binch to see this sale through. Despite various difficulties they successfully marketed the property, arranged escorted viewings and liaised with the tenants, our buyer and ourselves. They are diligent, hard working, professional and reliable Agents whom you can trust.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for Merrick Binch. From the first meeting with Michael I could tell they were professional and efficient. I was right as they sold my house in 8 days. However, it doesn't stop there. Diane and Bronte gave me regular status updates, and were the only people who ever really knew what was happening in the full extent of the chain. For that reason they became the go to gang. If I still lived in the Coventry area I'd definitely use them if I needed to again.

GoogleI used Merrick Binch to sell my house in Tile Hill. Trevor did the valuation and gave very helpful advice, and very quickly had the photos and marketing prepared and online. I was very pleased with the service, the team seem to have a good knowledge of the local area and are very friendly and professional. Compared to other agents I have used they are very pro-active, even arranging for minor work to be done, and keeping in touch during the contract process. I don't live in the local area so it made a big difference that I could rely on them to deal with the sale and I would certainly recommend their services.

GoogleIn short, would I use Merrick Binch again, Yes! My only regret is that I should have appointed them earlier (a different agent had failed to sell my property) and appointing Merrick Binch was a breath of fresh air. Their no nonsense, efficient, energetic and personable approach clearly gets results - you only have to look at the number of 'sold' signs in and around Chapelfields. All the staff members I dealt with were very professional and helped with the inevitable hiccups along the way. Many thanks Merrick Binch.

GoogleA professional service provided by a group of very enthusiastic and committed staff. At the start when a valuation was requested the representative (Nick) was very confident that the property would sell quickly and was open and honest about what I could realistically expect to achieve, and backed this up with data taken from sales within the area of similar type properties. I had the photos taken on a Friday, the details were on-line the next day and I had viewings set up from the Monday, with a sale achieved by the Wednesday. This clearly exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have asked for more. Throughout the staff have been very friendly and very motivated to want to provide the best service possible and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleMyself and fiance brought our first home through Merrick Binch, and they made the process a lot easier then it could have been they offered a lot of support as the solicitors we used let us down on several occasions. They chased up outstanding enquiries and always got back to me very promptly. Di was very friendly and made it very easy for me to ask questions on things I was unsure about and she would explain the next steps to me so I wasn't let wondering with it being our first house. But the whole team were very friendly and helpful every time I called and I was never disappointed by the service I received. Would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a property :)

GoogleMerrick Binch saw to the purchase of our home. The team were excellent. They helped us with all of our inquires and were always available and accommodating with a friendly and can do attitude! We experienced some “bumps in the road” with regards to the seller, but the team were very professional and managed to solve all of the issues for us in a prompt and speedy manner. Their communication throughout the purchase with all parties involved was outstanding. I would recommend Merrick Binch to anyone who would like an efficient and well organised Estate Agent.

GoogleI'm extremely happy with the service that my husband and I received from Merrick Binch. They helped us to sell our house in Earlsdon and they were excellent from start to finish. We couldn't ask for more. Selling a house and buying another one is very stressful and even more if you don't know the process involved... Michael and Dianne took great care of us throughout the whole process. They were in regular contact with us, informed us what the next step was and what it was required from us. They resolved straight away a couple of issues we had with the mortgage lender of our buyers and with a last minute problem on the day of the completion... I strongly advice anyone who is thinking about selling their house or renting it, to go to Merrick Binch. They are very professional and knowledgeable, they care for their customer and they are reliable. For us it has been a great experience working with them.

GoogleMy wife and I bought our first house and found no fault at all with Merrick Binch. They answered all our questions (of which there were many), liaised swiftly and efficiently with the vendor who was no longer living in the UK and generally made the whole process far simpler and less stressful than we'd feared. We're not looking to sell/buy another house at the moment but would readily go back to Merrick Binch if and when that changes.
