GoogleAvoid at all costs, after viewing a property for my son for his first time purchase , we were met by john, after 10 minutes , we hadn't finished looking and we were told he was in a hurry and we had to leave , when we said it was a lot of money and would like to see it properly he said we would have to arrange a second viewing instead and that actually £110,000 wasnt a lot of money to them, rude, wont be viewing anymore properties through this estate agents, it may not be a lot of money to him, but when you have saved up for 5 years , I would expect to be able to look around the place for more than 10 minutes !

GoogleHORRIBLE SERVICE! Wasting all my time trying to rent a property from them! After processing all of our information for the applications, we couldn't reach the agency the next day and one day later we were told only one house with a 5 year contract was left. Of course we said no. That's RIDICULOUS!

This FAKE negative review has been generated by a fake profile and posted in the hope of extorting my family run business of several thousands of pounds to remove the review. PLEASE IGNORE this review while we deal with this issue to trace the fraudulent company who’s core business is to harass and extort companies all over the world. Dear FAKE reviewer, we hereby place you on notice. We have now instructed our lawyers to write to Google to identify the guilty party. We will then look to prosecute for defamation.

Absolutely fantastic - also helped advise with a great removal company and fantastic solicitors. They kept us updated all the time and with great advice and obviously a lot of experience. In fact I know moving is stressful but these guys made it a pleasure ..... I would recommend using these all day long !!!!!

GoogleAwful used them to rent a property out for 7yrs. No consistent continuity of care for the property. Poor checking of property before and after tenants left- many things left broken in the house hadn't been checked. Also letters not forwarded on from coventry city council so having to pay hefty fine- MB answer back was we were no longer their client- but we had been for 7yrs. Disgraceful care. Needless to say joined new agency really good - always speak to the one same person- much better care!! Please stay away -completely unprofessional( only reason we stayed with them is we live very far from coventry).

GoogleJade helped get our heating sorted within 24 hours after making the landlord realise it needed to be done ASAP. They had already did their part but landlord wanted a second opinion so waiting for it to be fixed was not down to Merrick Binch. But once the second opinion had been said Jade managed to get it so we have a replacement boiler in less than 24 hours. Glad that Jade took over our maintenance as she tries to resolve our issues quickly every time.

GoogleMerrick Binch helped me to find and purchase my first property. They got it me with no messing around unlike the other estate agents we tried to use. The sale went through very quickly and Merrick Binch kept me updated through out the whole process. Since then i have done a lot of work sub-contracting for the lettings side of the buisness and all employees are very helpful and proffessional and deal with any problems that arrise very promtly. Couldnt recommend enough 5 star company.
