GoogleWe’ve just bought our first home through Merrick Binch & they could not have done more to make the process smoother. Di & Sophie are absolutely lovely & nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciate your help getting this over the line for us! 😁 …

GoogleMerrick Binch is a great agency, always approachable and available but most importantly they have common sense. Their simple and no nonsense approach makes all this easier in the renting market.

GoogleDianne and Nick at Merrick Binch were just amazing in the purchase of my flat. Despite the apparent incompetence of my solicitors they managed to keep calm and help the process along to a happy conclusion. Always cheery and happy to help with all the daft questions I had (and there were many) they managed the role of mediator between difficult solicitors and myself beautifully. Thank you so much for all your help.

GoogleExcellent estate agency. Very friendly yet professional team. Agents are approachable unlike those at many other agencies. Managed to collect keys to my new place in just over a week thanks to their hard work. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

GoogleOnly took two days from viewing the house to having the keys in our hands! Really friendly and professional staff who are also knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

GoogleRented a house from them for the past 3 years and were generally terrible. Didn’t deposit or deposits in the correct formats (the guys working there ran away with the money). They never fixed the broken oven that had been broken for ages (even though they were told). We had several more problems which I could list. They were overall terrible. Will never use these people again!!

GoogleI was completely satisfied with the service from all at Merrick Binch. Michael in particular was very professional, knowledgeable and also very friendly. He always put me at ease when I started to feel stressed with the long chain we were in or the process of moving house. I would definately recommend them or use them again myself if i was ever crazy enough to move house again :-)

GoogleTerrible. It all starts well with MB, the main partner's Steve (Lettings) and Nick (Sales) clearly don't work well together - they are essentially two seperate agents. They start well, promising lots and do find tenants quickly. However after that they are shocking. Misplaced key files, takes an age for them to action anything. I have used them 3 times now and I will never do so again. Avoid.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing experience working with Tim, he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. Couldn’t have asked for more! He even helped me plan out my home hoffice

GoogleGreat for landlords to get the most out of what you want but very poor services for tenants especially students. I went to see their properties which were in lovely conditions for great prices however they cheekily raised their prices when we were there! It was very difficult to deal with them as they kept changing prices for their properties. It was really unfair and so confusing.
