GoogleAbsolutely shocking. DO NOT RENT THROUGH MERRICK BINCH. They have been holding my deposit for weeks beyond the legal requirement for return, despite approval to release from my landlord and I will be pursuing legal avenues, as they have prove incompetent, being incapable of even letting me know when someone who can help with accounts is in. AVOID.

GoogleRubbish agent, 2 houses with open day would not accept offers both sold before open day. Poor Customer Service and Rude manner on Phone
This FAKE negative review has been generated by a fake profile and posted in the hope of extorting my family run business of several thousands of pounds to remove the review. PLEASE IGNORE this review while we deal with this issue to trace the fraudulent company who’s core business is to harass and extort companies all over the world. Dear FAKE reviewer, we hereby place you on notice. We have now instructed our lawyers to write to Google to identify the guilty party. We will then look to prosecute for defamation.
