GoogleI had an appointment for a flat valuation. Noone turned up and didn't even phone to apologise or re-arrange. Very poor and unprofessional attitude. Update following the response: the review is not fake it took you guys 8 months to respond which just demonstrate your excellent customer service.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotOutstanding Service
I've never sold a property before but this company has been brilliant. Very informative in keeping me up to date on whats happening in the process of the sale. Very professional service. Definitely reccommend them. I'd go as far as saying I wouldn't bother going to any other estate agent should I need to buy or sell again in the future :)

TrustpilotGreat result
The first thing to mention is that Wendy valued our house higher than other estate agents and sold just shy of asking price so we are very happy. It must be hard to judge but our buyers turned out to be extremely challenging and created months of delays, however Wendy, Nick and Bronte fought for us and got the right result.

GoogleMerrick Binch has been a great letting agent for me and my flatmate this past year. Alisha from MB has been especially good in communication and correspondence. Highly recommended from a former student at University of Warwick.

GoogleI highly recommend Merrick Binch, who were highly professional as well as personally supportive throughout all stages of buying my first buy-to-let property. I found them efficient and helpful, down-to-earth and transparent. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past, and I found Merrick Binch very solid and trustworthy in comparison! Many thanks to all the Merrick Binch team.
