TrustpilotSold a house on my behalf
Sold a house on my behalf, which was subject to a probate valuation which unlike others, they did free of charge. And dealt with it sympathetically, which is very important in a sad and emotional situation. Regarding selling the house Merrick Binch sorted everything, including showing prospective purchasers round, dealing with the solicitors etc. Sold it very quickly, and as such reduced their commision !! Highly recommended.

All staff were extremely helpful and dealt with problems and queries very quickly and efficiently. Michael Binch knows the business very well and was eager to pass on his knowledge where it was needed. Our house was sold subject to contract within a week at a good price after being viewed by around 20 prospective buyers. I couldn't have wished for a better result.

TrustpilotWhen we bought our house and selling it again!
When we bought our house, Merrick Binch were the estate agents and they were so helpful and informative, they recommended an excellent financial adviser too. We’re now about to put our house on the market and I had no hesitation contacting them to be our agent. They’re so professional and go the extra mile. Their expertise is second to none.
