GoogleMy family phoned up Maison Estates for viewing a property for letting in November 2021. We had a quick response from estate agent Sanjay and was arranged a viewing the same afternoon. Sanjay explained everything including references check process very clearly. He even invited us to discuss in person the important matter we have to aware of so that we can rent and move into a nice house at right time. GoogleIf youre looking to let a property then dont bother coming here. Theyre a bunch of liars who dont know anything. Overvalued my property rental income, when I questioned it, they convinced me they were right so i went along. The next day, I receive a LIST of amendments to make to my property???? We stated we were ready to let but they did not understand that. They had the audacity to tell me to make more changes when I said I was ready. They over inflated the price and now expected me to make all these costly changes to meet their stupid unrealistic quote. No idea why I wasnt told this on the first visit??? They gave me a high price to attract me and gain customers, but once they had my keys they wanted to reduce the price. No wonder they were so desperate for me to sign their contract. I would have went with them even if the quote was lower so their plan didnt work! Some honesty would be nice. Now i know why its a small company

I can only assume there has been some breakdown in communication as the representative was simply suggesting enhancements to the property to help achieve the maximum and the info hasn't been properly articulated and therefore please accept my sincere apologies. GoogleI chose this agency to sell my flat & I have bought and sold properties in the past so I have experience of estate agents. Ben at Maison Estates was friendly, professional and great at communicating from the very start. Unlike other agents who lose interest after you have signed up with them, this agent was brilliant throughout the process. He updated me very regularly, even if it was just to let me know that he hadn't heard back from my buyer or solicitor etc. He was also responsive and always rang me or emailed me back when I had instigated the communication. I have never had such great service in any of my conveyancing in the past and I would definitely use Maison Estates in the future should I need. FacebookOne of the property’s these cowboys are managing is full of mould & they’ve been aware of this issue since February. They are in breech of the tenancy agreement & the tenants are being severely affected because of this. One of tenants is extremely vulnerable. If the tenants move out before the end of their tenancy date they’ll loose there deposit. What to decide hey, health or money???? You people are a joke & I will do my upmost to ensure I make people aware of the circus you are running & the distress you are causing to these tenants. Coventry city council has been made aware, photographs have been taken & the inspection forms are now with the solicitors as you lied over the phone about making the tenants aware of the mould before they moved in. Please now be informed that I am now going to become a massive problem to you
