A quick update to my earlier review below, as I wanted to reflect the swift action taken by Maison Estates' Property Manager Absar in response to an electrical fault at one of our BTL properties. He very quickly had an electrician attend to fix the problem, which was appreciated by our tenants as well as ourselves. We remain very happy with Maison Estates' performance. Maison Estates have been managing a flat for us for just over a year now, so it seems like a good time to post a review. We looked at a number of agencies before selecting ME, and we're very happy with the latter's performance. We live overseas, so it's critical we have an agent who can respond quickly and effectively to issues raised by tenants, and Sab has proved adept at doing this. Co-founder Sanjay is highly knowledgeable about the Coventry housing market and continues to provide excellent advice as we seek to acquire additional properties. His co-founder Ben ensures that the financial paperwork is faultless, which is invaluable come tax return time! Jay and Jessica have proved to be very effective in finding good tenants, and Gerte keeps the whole office running smoothly. We would strongly recommend ME to prospective landlords.

Edit: Very disappointed with how the deposit return process was handled. Outrageous claims. Seems they'll do whatever they can to keep your deposit. My wife and I just started renting our first home together using Maison Estates. The staff are professional and have provided excellent service, especially Jay. They made the process of moving and settling in very easy and they were very helpful with any questions I had. I would happily recommend them to anyone. After moving in, they provided a link to report any maintenance issues. I used this to report a slow leak under the sink and they had someone at the door to have a look at it the next day. Very pleased with the service provided so far.

I’d like to commend Maison Estates for their prompt and efficient response in resolving maintenance issues at my property. I reported a leaking bathroom hand basin and a broken window lock handle, and received an immediate response from the Property Manager, Absar Sarwar, who assured me that a contractor would be arranged. I’m giving this review from the depth of my heart. Even though I didn’t end up with any of the properties I viewed with Maison, I must say that my experience with them was EXCEPTIONAL. I worked specifically with Jay and he was an absolute delight to work with. You don’t get to meet realtors that are as honest, sincere, positive and optimistic as he is. Plus his communication skills were top notch. He also gave timely updates and was always on time for viewings. Also the receptionists that always picked my calls (there were two of them I think) were always so friendly and courteous even with my constant calls. It meant a lot to me. We recently rented a property through Maison Estates, and I cannot praise them enough. I met Jay at the property for a viewing, which he had agreed to schedule at a later time because my wife was at work. Jay showed us the property and did a very good job of pointing out the positive aspects of the property ( if I was a homeowner, I would be rest assured that he will do his best to get my property rented to good tenants).
