I don’t recommend this agency at all! They deliberately look for defects in the house 2 weeks after moving out, which no one can do about, and they want to ask for an amount that can be used to renovate the entire room. I find it completely outrageous, since we lived in this house for years without any problems, we were always fair to the agency! I’m sure I won’t let this go without saying. I will tell everyone I know. I’m totally disappointed.

I strongly recommend Maison estates to anyone considering which estate agent to choose. Ben from Maison estates guided us through the sale of our home in a calm professional manner. I chose him from a good few because he was someone easy to talk to and was honest with us as to our expectations. He was contactable and answered our questions and queries as soon as he could. We never felt frustrated or left on a limb. We are landlords and wanted to make sure our tenants were not put to any more inconvenience as was necessary and he agreed to have an open day on a Sunday. He was considerate of our tenants, and we were very pleased with his help, keeping both seller and buyer happy. In the current market it can be tricky to keep the balance and his honesty, good ethics, together with his good advice from his knowledge of the market meant the sale of our house went through smoothly. If you are looking for an estate agents that will take the pressure off during what can be a stressful time, then Maison Estates is an excellent choice.

Dear Readers, I am happy to let you know that Maison estate is managing my 3 rental properties @ full service level and Maison team Jay, Gerda, Jessica and Sab are very professionals and they respect landlords values and follow their instructions and suggestions if their is a valid points. I had very bad experiences with other high street estate agent and they let my properties to bad tenants which leads to a lot of damage to my properties. One of my friend referred Maison and I have contacted them.
