Customer experience would be 0 if I could. Last week my girlfriend and I had an awful customer service experience with this agent. The particular agent I dealt with had to be called out from the back office due to there being only one agent in the shop and he was already busy with another client. A lady came out with no smile, greeting or even a hello, pretty much we had to instigate the whole introduction which is fine but it certainly did not make a great initial impression. The experience continued to sour but I will not go through the specific details. But I felt as though we were treated like children with a condescending comments throughout our enquiry. I didn’t have confidence that the agent was 100% competent either as she was not really listening or paying attention to what we were asking. We walked out very annoyed. Despite her telling us that a viewing was not possible until next week I found out later on that my current house mate phoned them up the same day to arrange a viewing with the same property for that very weekend, therefore she was deceiving us. Therefore my experience with this agent gave the impression that they are rude, incompetent and untrustworthy. My girlfriend agrees with my assessment and she never agrees with me on anything. Also they are expensive at least compared to my current agents. £150 for application and £100 per tenant therefore it would have cost us a total of £350 just for an application and 2 references. My current agent it would only cost £195 in total. As a prominent member of staff at the University of Warwick and having the occasional role at Coventry University you are welcome to come and chat to me on my experience. For those of you who don’t know me you ask for me either at the Library or at the Students’ Union. I hope that others do not have such bad experiences and so please do review accordingly to counteract this review. However equally if you have also had a bad experience then please express your view of this agency. If you are from Maison Estate agents then please provide customer service training to your staff. The treatment they we received has lost our custom for life.

If I could have left zero stars…

If I could have left zero stars for this company, I would have. The manager (Sanjay Panchal) is an arrogant, unprofessional, rude little man. One agent managed to lose my keys and pretended to have no knowledge of having them. Another agent decided a summer house was a “Wendy house”. Due to this companies ineptitude in gaining quality viewings with buyers who would follow through they cost me in the region of £20-25,000. NEVER USE THEM FOR A HOUSE SALE. I wouldn’t trust them to sell a dolls house successfully. Total disgrace

Absolutely disgusted with this estate agents. When they are informed of repairs that needs doing in the property they ignore it. Leaving vulnerable tenants in a property with mould is unacceptable! Lawyers are now involved & so is the Coventry city council too so you can deal with them. You should be closed down. Diabolical. Incompetent.
