GoogleRude and inconsiderate employees. The referencing process was supposed to take 48 hours. Wasted my time for a week and then declined my application for the property. Refused to return my £240 deposit(which was supposed to go towards my first month's rent). Paperwork said they're obliged to refund it if my application is declined, but they never did. STAY AWAY.

With respect 'we' cannot and would not ever state a timeline on referencing as it is a process undertaken by a credit reference agency who are reliant upon third parties i.e. current agent or landlord, employers etc providing confidential information. Furthermore, in the event that a tenant fails the necessary checks then fees are forfeited as clearly referenced in terms and conditions signed by you at point of application. On this basis your comments are unjustified.
