Agents very friendly and responding fast. Agency fully adapts to the landlord and it can cause problems. In my case landlord just didn’t want to accept application by his personal evaluation (Nothing wrong with application). Agents just keep telling that they trying to contact landlord and waiting for his response.

The staff are very helpful. They made the pre-auction process very easy for me and I was able to buy a property pre-auction. They communicated with the seller and my solicitor at every step.
