We have recently used JW Wood to sell a relative's home. From stepping into the branch and meeting David I knew we would be in safe hands. He was friendly and professional, answered all of our questions and got the property on the market in just over a week. Vicky and Louise then took over and ensured that viewings were arranged at times to suit everyone and within 4 days of the property going on the market we had accepted an offer. The girls kept in regular contact with me and were not only helpful and knowledgeable but also polite and curtious. We have now moved over to their conveyancing team who I'm sure will be just as fabulous as the Stanley branch team. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this branch to anyone in the area who is looking to sell.

The only issue we had was with their referencing company taking a while to sort certain things which was of course out of Payne’s control.
