GoogleHR Estate Agents, in particular Linda Perry, was absolutely amazing in the process of purchasing my mum and dad’s forever home. We had a very lengthy process from the day of viewing to eventually successfully completing but Linda was there every step of the way, going above and beyond for me and my family. After having terrible experiences with previous estate agents, I cannot recommend Linda enough, an absolute sweetheart!
Thanks for the review Shafi.

GoogleThe service we received from HR Estates was second to none. We were kept up to date regularly but never felt like we were being hassled. We completed very quickly and I believe this was due to the very professional but easy and friendly contact with HR Estates. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making our move go so smoothly.
Thank you Mr and Mrs Wilks. I hope you love your new home. If you need anything you know where i am.

GoogleI worked with Emma and she was the most loveliest person to work with. She was so good with communication and whenever I had any questions, she would clarify with the sellers immediately and get me answers as soon as possible. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleHR Estate Agents handled the sale of an apartment for us. Whilst the purchase process took a lot longer than we hoped, Harry was excellent throughout the whole process. He was in constant communication to ensure we were aware of the status and worked both sides. The fees were very reasonable and the terms very flexible, thereby demonstrating confidence in his service. I would recommend and use again in the future.

GoogleJames was outstanding from start to finish . His communication was flawless and worked tirelessly to secure the price we wanted for our dream home. If we could give him 10 stars we absolutely would. I highly recommend James to anyone trying to sell their home. This has been the best selling experience I’ve had and would 100% choose him again in the future!

GoogleFantastic service received from Jordan of HR Estates our house was on the market just over two weeks and he sold it! Right from the point of evaluation we have found Jordan to be very proactive organising viewings and being the main point of contact throughout. He has been polite and friendly. We previously had our house on the market with a large well known Estate Agents and were disappointed with their service. Having had the positive experience of Jordan and HR Estates we would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property. Thank you Jordan.

Googlei thought moving house was meant to be stressful? (well it really really was) BUT, james @ HR was amazing at communicating and giving updates through the whole process and making it as easy as possible. i’m so so grateful and while i hope i don’t have to move for a really long time, i know exactly who to go to if the time came! 😅 …

GoogleWe used HR Estates to both sell and buy our property.. we had Darren Oughton and cannot fault him, he was on hand for every query we had, calmed and reassured us when things got difficult and steered us through to successful completion. He went above and beyond even clearing alot of rubbish from the property we were buying. We would certainly highly recommend Darren and having read a previous review on here from a couple who had lost the property we have bought in Margaret Avenue I think that they must have dealt with a different person as the Darren we dealt with is an absolute star !!! Thank you for everything Darren.. we are now in our forever home ... Regards Anne and John

GoogleWe were provided with two local Estate Agents by our house builder, who were tasked with selling our existing home. One of these agents were HR, the other was a complete waste of time. Essentially, HR did everything the other agent should have, with very little inconvenience or drama. House selling isn't easy, never has been, but with HR, there were no dramas and no crisis. Perhaps we were just lucky, perhaps we had the right person looking after us. Thank you Darren!!!

GoogleI recently sold my house with Catherine Thompson and she made the experience as stress-free as possible. I was selling at the same time as moving to a new job in a different country so working with a traditional estate agent with fixed office hours wouldn’t have worked for me. The one-to-one approach with Catherine and her flexible accessibility for calls and messages was perfect for what I needed and meant that we could progress smoothly through the listings, viewings and sale processes

GoogleI had a great experience with HR Estate Agents. Catherine was professional and friendly. She kept me updated along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleJames was very helpful in explaining and sorting all the legal documents, conveying information to and from the seller. Made first time buying much smoother than expected, would recommend as an estate agent to anyone.

GoogleI recently worked with Emma to find my new home. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always open, and flexible with her time to accommodate my needs. Emma made the whole journey smooth and stress-free with her professional yet friendly approach. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent. Thank you, Emma, for all your hard work. 🥰😊

GoogleHarry from HR Estates was truly exceptional. We used him previously to sell one of our properties and were impressed with his company's level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with him again. Harry was always available for home tours. And responsiveness: when you called if he didn’t pick up, always called back no longer than 15 minutes later. Harry pushed for the best offer and chose the buyers he thought were the best bet all around to give us the best financial return and quickness of sale. Michael & Jeanette

GoogleI cannot praise HR Estate Agents enough and most especially Zac. I experienced the highest levels of customer service and professionalism. Zac absolutely knows the market inside and out. He valued the property accurately and then achieved a higher price! My experience with other Agents has been the reverse - so Zac and HR are a breath of fresh air. Throughout the process Zac was patient, kept us informed throughout and completely transparent. He managed the whole process very effectively from arranging viewings with the least upheaval for us to liaising with other solicitors and estate agents in the chain. Selling your home can be a stressful process but Zac did everything in his power to facilitate the sale as smoothly as possible. He was a joy to speak with and if it wasn’t for the fact we have moved across country I wouldn’t hesitate to utilise his excellent services again. If you are looking to sell your home or know of someone who is, contact Zac and HR Estate Agents. You will be glad you did.

GoogleThanks to Linda's hard work and dedication, I am now the proud owner of a beautiful flat that I absolutely love. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone in search of a property. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy agent who will go above and beyond to help you find your dream home, look no further than Linda Perry at HR Estates. She truly deserves a 5-star rating!
