GoogleZach was very helpful throughout the buying process, he was always ready to communicate with the seller about our queries. It was sometimes difficult to obtain viewings or any in person meetings as Zach was very busy, but otherwise the process was very smooth.

GoogleWe recently bought our house from Zach at HR estate agents. From start to finish Zach was extremely helpful and responsive, nothing was too much trouble. He was instrumental in keeping everything moving when the solicitors were dragging their feet! We also used HR estate agent’s in house mortgage broker Shez who again was very responsive and proactive in getting everything sorted for our mortgage/insurance. GoogleI would highly recommend Catherine! I had my house on the market for 3 months, tied into a ridiculous contract and there was no proactive selling being done at all. I was going to take my house off the market but had gone to see a property I was interested in and Catherine was the agent and she impressed me with her sales skills, so decided to give her a go. She sold my house in one week! Catherine handles objections and 'sells' houses rather than just show people around. I have already recommended her to several people I know and they have all had similar experiences. Thanks to Catherine, I sold my house and found my dream property - thank you!!

GoogleI recently viewed a property with Emma as I was struggling to make progress with a purchase I’d already agreed. Emma explained and talked me through the process, more than the existing agent or solicitors did - I felt I was getting no where and had no option but to pull out. Off the back of Emma’s advice, it’s all back on track - her knowledge and understanding is absolutely amazing and she saved a sale that wasn’t going anywhere, it wasn’t even one of her clients. I would definitely recommend Emma to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling.

GoogleI just wish I could give more stars to HR estates, Harry in particular.. From start to finish nothing was ever too much! Communication was second to none.. even when Harry was on holiday!! The passion and experience shines through and I could not recommend HR enough! This is my second time using HR and I will always continue to do so (albeit not for a very long time) It's important to be able to trust your estate agent and that was the case from our very first meeting.. everything that was said was delivered. The service we have received has been 2nd to none! Harry and his team have taken ownership of every small detail, nothing has been too much trouble, and they have been on the ball liaising with both firms of solicitors and the buyers to make sure everything went through as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
