Linda has been absolutely fantastic. From the moment we appointed her, her professionalism and enthusiasm was second to none. Ran through the process, it was quick and slick. Catherine has been absolutely fantastic in selling our house. We struggled in selling our home with another known estate agent in the area, which we didn’t have a great experience with and Catherine came in and changed that in a matter of months. She was professional but also so personable when a process like this can be stressful, especially depending on certain circumstances. I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone wishing to sell their home, her communication and updates were regular and consistent, especially when getting it over the line on the end.

James was exceptional from start to finish. We were first time sellers and everyone said how much of a difficult job it is. Not with James. He made the whole process seem so simple and easy. Review : HR Estate Agents : Catherine Thompson TLDR : Cath is amazing and we would give her a rating of more than 5* if possible. Review : Cath was our 4th estate agent we used to help sell our home. She took the time to understand our frustrations and offered advice which eventually led to the sale of our property. She was also the only person to 'show' our home. She did not rely on a 'team' of people to attend the viewings. She had full knowledge of our home and all the local amenities (and had even previously sold one of our neighbours homes) A dedicate photographer was used who took the time to ensure everything was picture perfect. He even waited for the sun to come out to get the garden shots just right. The ad went on all the 'usual' platforms - but the most important thing was SHE handled all the enquiry's personally. When the offer was made and accepted, this is when Cath really stepped up and worked over and above. (I feel other estate agents may feel this is not their job) Post sale, Cath ensured everyone in the chain was kept in the loop, took time to contact all the estate agents and solicitors (again - way over and above!). She was instrumental in ensuring our exchange and completion was completed. I feel if she had not helped with this stage, we would still be waiting. (mainly for the solicitors!) We now consider Cath part of the family! As mentioned at the top of the review - 5* service but really should be 5*++++

I used James to deal with the sale of my property, partly due to the fact that I had dealt with him before previously, but mainly because he was the most flexible of all the agents I had come out for valuations. James was more than happy to come out after hours and at weekends which made the process easier for me without having to loose time from work. James was easy to contact throughout. Although my first sale fell through. After going back on the market I completed in just over 6 weeks. Would recommend him to anybody thinking of selling! Thanks again

A 5 star plus service from Emma Sheridan all the way! Our house move journey took us just under a year with Emma appointed at the very start because of her professional and calm mannerisms. The resources she used, made putting our house on the market in a very quick turn around and of which came with a lot of interest. We appointed HR to handle the sale of my mother in laws house . We decided on them because they are a young , fresh company who may offer some new and innovative ideas on marketing the property . James was the agent who was appointed . From the start he was very professional and efficient, turned up on time and represented himself and the company splendidly. The house was sold within a week but then unfortunately the buyer pulled out . This was no problem , James kept us updated immediately and the house went back on sale and was sold again within 2 weeks . At every stage of the sale we were updated with emails or WhatsApp messages . He was also always available for any enquiries we had and communication was excellent . The whole process was smooth, efficient and most of all stress free . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James and the team at HR estates to anybody looking for a professional and fresh estate agent .

As a first time buyer, it was difficult to know what to expect from an estate agent. After viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, it was a pleasure to come across a viewing with Darren. He is extremely personable and instantly put us at ease.
