GoogleWe found our dream first home through HR Estate Agency. We arranged a viewing where we met Harry who showed us round the stunning home. Harry was professional, helpful and honest which was really appreciated throughout the whole purchase process. He was really pro active and was always on the other end of the phone if we had any questions. The purchase process with HR Estates Agency was so efficient and we would definitely use HR Estate Agency again. My partner and I could not be happier with the service we received. GoogleHarry did a great job of looking after us and the complicated chain we had. We had some roadblocks out of all our control with chains collapsing but Harry remained positive and our House sold and re-sold super quickly each time. The valuation was spot on and the photos were stunning. Harry was always available on the phone or messenger as needed and was always there to reassure us and keep things moving to get our house sale completed and we moved without a hitch!

GoogleZack was integral in selling our late father house. His knowledge, commitment and support was second to none. After a failed first attempt due to time wasters he got the sale back on track and sold the house within days managing the whole process for us. I can’t thank Zack enough and would highly recommend him.

GoogleRubbish and unprofessional liars. Property for sale for 210K, offered 220K-they question why I offered so much. Their financial advisor tells me-I will try to get it cheaper for you. Whilst it is advertised on heir own website for 220K anyway. House sold in the end for 220K, but they told me its sold for over 225K. Where is logic? Obviously it was sold to their english local friends. If you are not british you get nowhere, they will discriminate you, no matter how high offer you put, which also is not fair as the house was sold for my initial offer. Catherine extremely rude and unprofessional, did not respond to any texts at all, ignored all the questions and refused second viewing. During the initial viewing felt like she tried to push me out of the house, and the viewing lasted just 7 minutes! She also made arrogant and absurd comments. Their 'all positive' reviews are fake too. Also all from english people ) I came across 3 identical reviews ))))))

GoogleWhere do we start?! The beginning of our journey was with another EA, and our experience was shocking with most days ending in tears. That's when we found Catherine, who is basically our knight in shining armour! Catherine has been nothing short of incredible from beginning to end. She's fought our corner every step of the way and we have nothing but positive things to say. She has put an immense amount of time and effort into getting our sale complete, it's certainly not been an easy ride for her but she's tackled every hurdle with positivity and a little bit of humour which has helped keep us calm! You absolutely will not regret having her as your agent. If we could put an infinite amount of stars - we would! Catherine has not only been our estate agent, we both now class her as a friend and we couldn't be more thankful that we chose HR. Catherine- you're a legend and we love you!

GoogleAfter the passing of my mother,i got 5 different estate agents to visit and quote for the sale of our family home,there was one clear winner being Zach from HR Estates. From the initial meeting right through to completion Zach was understanding,imformative at every step and stage, and although extremely professional was super friendly, his ability to make you feel at ease and explain all the daunting bits proved i had made the right choice. I highly recommend this young man whether buying or selling, you wont be dissapointed and Zach if you read this - once again thank you .

GoogleWell what can I say... my experience with HR has been amazing with Darren. Oughton helping me and I was only the buyer! Darren was very professional but so caring as well. He understood my situation and reassured and help wherever he could. Moving house is always a stressful time but with Darren on hand he made it a stress free process and I would highly recommend HR estate agents and especially Darren. If i ever want to move again I'll definitely be asking HR estate agents to help me. Thank you Darren 😊

GoogleOn selling and buying my new property I met Linda and found she was very helpful and patient as I was not very knowledgable with the internet. I found her to be very friendly and open she has a very good knowledge of her trade. I would recommend Linda to my family and friends to buy a property. On various meetings i have had with Linda shr has put me at ease as at times i have been stressed out and she has gave me an understanding of buying and selling. GoogleCatherine sold my property on Hyde Road and it was a pleasurable and quick experience. The property was marketed, sold and completed just 6 weeks after it first went on the market. Her approach to getting the job done is next to none. Catherine always made sure she kept me up to date and kept in contact with the solicitors continuously. She was always available to speak to out of usual office hours, evenings and weekends. I have used estate agents in the past and trying to get hold of them past 5pm when I finish work or on a weekend - well the simple answer is I couldn’t. Thank you Catherine!

GoogleWow, where do I begin! Catherine is amazing, I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house in a heartbeat. The moment we met I knew we were in safe hands. She put us at ease straightaway with her friendly and knowledgeable approach. Nothing is too much of an ask and her communication is second to none. Catherine really has gone above and beyond, I can’t praise her enough. She communicated with our mortgage advisor and got the job done, we sold within 2 weeks of our house being on the market and I don’t think that could have been possible without Catherine. Catherine is at the end of the phone out of your typical working hours and will contact you even if you were to message of an evening. This is a service I have never experienced before and I honestly couldn’t recommend Catherine enough. She has made selling our house stress free, she has kept us up to date with every single detail and has been very open and honest with her communications. She has got to be the best agent out there, Everyone needs a Catherine!!! Thank you, you really are brilliant at what you do!

GoogleCatherine has been by far the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. She has been so meticulous with all the information she has given us. She’s made the whole process of buying and selling a breeze. She’s always one step ahead. You’ll have no problem contacting Catherine whether it be early in the morning or late at night she’s always there to tell you what you need to know. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to sell your house with, if you want someone to take action straight away, be Reliable 24/7, be enthusiastic about the sale of your house from start to finish, and generally care about your sale, Catherine Thompson is your woman!! GoogleWe initially went to a house viewing with HR Estate Agents (Sarah Howell) and absolutely loved the approach. We were so impressed that we decided to go with this agency in the sale and search for a new house. Sarah catered to our every need with great understanding something we appreciated as moving houses was stressful. She went above and beyond in every way. It was the first time being in a chain and Sarah made the process easier for us. If it wasn't for her by our side, I don't think we would've sold our house so quickly or moved into our dream home!
