GoogleWhere do I start! Zack was amazing, the most helpful person and definitely a friend for life now. He was available at any time that suited me and always made it work. Can’t imagine going with anyone else. He helped me find the most perfect home, and made the process so easy. He explained the whole process and was always keeping me up to date. Absolutely brilliant!

GoogleCannot recommend Emma Sheridan at HR estate agents enough, we have just bought a house (first time buyers), Emma made it so so easy, the 1000 questions we asked, she answered and never seemed to be bothered! Absolutely great customer service and satisfaction, she alone managed to calm our stress levels of buying a house for the first time! Highly recommended and once again Emma, thank you!

We were kept informed, reassured and he always had a plan to keep things going smoothly when things happened outside of our control. After a short period of deliberation, I decided it was the right home for me and James supported me every step of the way through the buying process. He was incredibly patient, always took the time to explain things clearly, and was consistently warm, professional, and approachable. No question was ever too small, and he remained super responsive throughout. His positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. He always has patiently answered our questions and provided support with extra info about Coventry area I was asking because I'm not native from Coventry and house hunting can be daunting sometimes when your are not from that place. GoogleWe had a viewing with Sarah yesterday and she was great. She had all the information we needed very down to earth and answered all my questions. I had a past experience with a different estate agents last week and they couldn’t have been any different. The other estate agent was obnoxious and rude (they do not work for her estate agents they work for a different company) whereas Sarah was brilliant. She’s been a great help in finding our perfect home and I hope to speak to her soon
