When we put our mother’s home on the market we were impressed by his enthusiasm and detailed knowledge of the Coventry property market. Throughout the whole process he has kept us informed every step of the way through to completion and worked really well with our family and the buyers. Mike is affable, approachable and was always available.

GoogleWe completed today! I can’t thank Sarah enough! Living 2 hours away from the property we were selling would’ve been so difficult if not for Sarah’s help. She was helpful in sourcing trades, doing occasional inspections over winter and most importantly, managing the whole sales process from start to finish. Sarah has certainly gone above and beyond. I can’t recommend her enough!

GoogleMe and my partner were excited to buy our first property to build a family. We were told buying a house was super stressful, however the real estate agents Thomas and Harry made this process so quick and easy for us. It was the first property we looked at (earlier than expected) because we fell in love with a house on the market. I really liked that Thomas rooted for us to have the house as we had many plans to renovate and make it our dream home. Thomas and Harry always kept in touch with updates which we really appreciated and they were consistently pleasant and professional. There are 0 faults, I would definitely go to them again for future purchases. Our solicitors were a pain to deal with in this process, the agents were able to liaise well to keep the process moving.PositiveQuality

GoogleHarry was great from the start to end. It has been 25 years since my last move so a lot has changed since. I basically explained my hopes of sale, Harry explained his thoughts, we agreed and I basically left it to him. Updates were prompt and sale was agreed in 2 weeks. It could be a bit of luck that things went as smoothly, considering the commotion in the UK, but the way the sale went I was none the wiser 👍. Top marks Harry

GoogleWe would like to say a massive thank you to Catherine who recently completed the sale on our Grandmas house. Loosing our Grandma was a difficult time for us all but Catherine made this such a smooth and easy process it really took any extra unnecessary stress out of the sale. She kept us informed every step of the way and was only ever a phone call away if we had any questions which made the whole experience so much more personal. Catherine handled the sale of the house perfectly, always striving to get the best for what the family wanted out of the sale but remaining sensitive at such a delicate time for us all. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Catherine thanks so much for all of your hard work.

GoogleCatherine was a really fantastic individual from the beginning of my journey to completion for my first ever owned home in the UK. She was factual, vibrant and showed lots of energy towards the scheduled house viewings. Despite there being a lot of viewings... her energy levels seemed to be consistent and her confidence kept a good and calm control of the crowd. Moving a long to myself being declared as the accepted offer... she helped stay in touch to chase where necessary and deliver in areas she could be responsible for. She guided me and understood that I'm a first time buyer so she payed more attention to question and support in any way. The best part about this Journey is the end result because not only are you so happy to receive the keys to your new house. But Catherine ensured to go out of her way to deliver the keys and in perfect time scales as well. The final thing I valued was her stating to me before taking off that the process is not just over and that if I still have any concerns to feel free to contact her and literally about anything. GoogleWe have recently sold our house with HR Estates with a massive help from Zack, He has been amazing from day one, he has been very professional but also very understanding of the whole situation. I have had a amazing experience with Zack and Tom who did all the house viewings. I would definitely recommend HR Estates. Roshan who also works in HR is amazing at handle all the mortgage side of things, he has helped me over the years and i would not choose anyone else. Thank you HR.

His approach is top level of professionalism, his communication was brilliant, keeping us informed throughout the whole journey.
