GoogleStaff have disgusting behaviour. Don't seem one bit concerned about any issues you have. You speak to them on the phone and they say you have to go into the office, you go to the office and they say they can't do anything. Definitely wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

GoogleHonestly if I could rate it 0 I would. I don't recommend it to anyone! They lost all our scanned documents and passports 3x and still charged us a "admin fee". every year. Far too many cases whilst at Uni to count

GoogleIf I could give FutureLets zero stars I would. Terribly incompetent staff who seem very reluctant to help when needed. They often say they will deal with problems but do not unless continuously pestered. So happy this is my final year and I will never have to deal with them again!!!!!

GoogleI stayed for my postgraduate year in the cycle works. It is simple, future lets is a cash machine taking advantage from foreigner and first year student by proposing them accomodation more expensive than what the market has. I never felt as ripped off before.

GoogleListen to these reviews! FutureLets are an absolutely awful service and have nothing in mind but to take as much money from students as they possibly can. The staff/landlords are rude and completely incompetent, do not use this company to find a house, complete waste of time and money.

Google1) No secure front door for 2 months after moving in(!?!?!) 2) The RUDEST staff in the world 3) A promise to paint the house during Christmas, never happened 4) Let a housemate skip out on bills without any repercussions 5) £200 cleaning fee Avoid at all costs. Total scam.

GoogleVery good agency. Our settlement was done very quickly. We lived in Apt. 2 Harnall Court in room, which wall includes the fragment of 17 centure building. Any problems with cookware, cleaning equipement was sloved with the help of agency staff as soon as possible. Thank you very much!

GoogleSecurity : it's really safety place cleaning : every once a week, the staffs cleaned the plat. Price : a little expensive than the other place. Internet power is slow Furnitures are too old , especially bed Automatic heater, in the night so cold.
