GoogleGood events and amazing tour day trips. Staffs are friendly and welcoming as I’ve attended almost all of the events organised by the reslifes.

GoogleI had to find a place to stay in a hurry and staff were excellent in finding me several options in one day! They also took me to visit these places including out of their own working hours and kindly collected me from where I was staying. I can't fault the service I have received from FutureLets and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again!

GoogleScheming scammers trying to cheat International Students out of the rent and deposits........DO NOT ENGAGE or ASSOCIATE with this letting agent. They in cohorts with the landlords who uses the ill gained money to travel the world. The local government is not doing enough to close down this entity. They forget their salary and business is being paid by these International Students.

GoogleI used futurelets during my first year at university. The prices are extortionate for what is provided. Took over 3 months to get my deposit back after leaving the property- and even then I had to ask for the form to fill out which they were meant to have send when I left. Would not advise using at any costs

GoogleWould have given half a star if there was a choice. Awful service. No contact, leave everything to the last minute so there is a last minute scramble of sorting everything out. Multiple calls saying they will call you back as no one is available. Absolute joke. Don't make the same mistake we did of using their service.

GoogleNot renting with this agency again, stay away from this lettings company. I do not have to say any good things about it. And i am still waiting for the deposit, hope i will get it eventually and not have to make a claim against them. The landlord should change the agency that he's working with, he deserves better.

GoogleI literally found live mice in my room. When we confronted them about the rodent issue around our front yard, they quickly replied that "it's not their problem since the rodents are not inside the house". It is absolutely outrageous that we had to find mice inside the house to actually have them pay any attention

I went through such a horrendous year with the house I had and having complained to Futurelets and they had not done anything about the condition I was living in made my life at uni in the past year a lot worse

GoogleI'm a new landlord and I am not inclined to use them again. Poor telephone manner on several occasions.Very first time I phoned them requesting a viewing i was told nobody available in three weeks time. They did find me a tenant very quickly. So far, the only positive thing I can say.

GoogleStaff are extremely unhelpful and rude. Guy did not show up to viewing and was saying that I was at fault. Terrible customer service and disrespectful staff.
