GoogleDo not go for their private accommodations, I mistakenly overlooked the rent payments when signing the contract and they had gone up from last year and I wasnt notified. I tried to cancel my tenancy but I'm locked in. AVOID THEM

GoogleFutureLets managed my accommodation at Singer Hall and provided a terrible service. They refused to fix serious maintenance issues such as lighting, heating, kitchen appliances, and door locks. Customer service was non existent and there was a serious blame culture. Avoid FutureLets at all costs!

GoogleBesides a bit of a musty smell in the beginning, the place is very similar to other student accommodations, nothing special but having a cleaner is decent, though they sometimes seem to ignore the stovetop. Emailing with them can be slow however.

GoogleThey only got one star because I couldn't give no stars. Extremely slow to fix issues with their accommodations. They are slow to return deposits (got mine over a month late and your guaranteed to get some deducted) yet they are quick to take money.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service. Terrible house from day 1. Gave the same room to two people, refused to resolve an ant infestation on Leopold road, and there was no fire safety equipment upon moving in. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

GoogleCan't guarantee what they promise, staff aren't helpful at all. The best answer a staff named Aaron could give was "I don't know", "Might be". They won't deliver what they have been paid for. No one knows anything about the property. Absolutely rubbish.

GoogleNever, Never touch the Futurelets, they are terrible. they double sold the room I booked three months in advance. Also, they are completely unresponsive regarding maintenance issues.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible. They won’t do anything until you tell them there’s a problem, fabricated damages for several friends of mine and dropped them when they pointed out they were bogus and held onto £738, until I repeatedly chased it down.

GoogleAll in all had a good time and they have been very accommodating throughout the whole stay with any issues I've experience. The older rooms are singer hall are slightly outdated but other than that would recommend futurelets for sure.

GoogleI took place in the Homestay programme as an exchange student and found it to be really good. E-mails were answered promptly and the problems I had with paying at first were treated with a great degree of understanding and courtesy.

GoogleAppalling living conditions- mouldy, damp and cold house with no central heating. They gave us a bottle of mould cleaner to 'fix' the mould problem and only repaired the heating 1 month before the end of the tenancy.

GoogleSTAY AWAY from this letting agent. They are the worst and try to milk money out of tenants under some bogus charges at the end of your tenancy. Take loads of photos as evidence in case anything happens (which it will).

GoogleBeen stayed in Priory hall for 3 months. Love the environment. Lovely staff. Near to convenient store and food square. The cleaner did a great job but cleanliness of toilet and pantry still need cooperation of residents.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible. Didn't even get my deposit back until 2 months after the said date. Hardly any help with the property when I was living in there and didn't listen to any of my complaints. Would definitely NOT recommend.

GoogleWent in to ask someone a question and the lady I was advised to speak to pulls out a hair brush and just starts brushing her hair??? Disgusting, rude and very unprofessional.
