Shocking ! Worse than Purple Bricks!!! Don’t sell with them! I’ve no idea how they can ignore a buyer who is cash ready. They have been phoned and emailed 10 times and still ignoring buyers…. BONKERS. Give your agency fee to another company.

What can i say about Rebecca... shes hard working, very knowledgeable, gets things done quickly and knows her market inside and out. We have rented 10 properties from her this year and everything has been perfect. Not many agents in the area work with so much professionalism. I would recommend the Coventry office to any Landlord or Tenant.

Avoid if you can or if you can't. If you use them for lettings they will take the whole deposit at the end of tenancy. Be aware of dealing with this agency. Unfortunately, there's nothing less than one star that I can give them.

If putting a property up for sale or buying look around. I jumped at the first estate agent I spoke to which was Connells and even after the sale has gone through 6 months later I am still having to deal with issues regarding the property due to a lack of communication and sheer incompetence.

Over 3 days spoke to 3 different staff members and got 3 different stories to confuse the situation. How are you supposed to trust Connells with something as massive as buying a house when they can barely function in an honest and mature manner?! Very poor, shabby set up.
